We have been so happy with Alarmforce for more than 10 years. The staff that have come to our house have been professional and courteous. As well, it's always a pleasure phoning knowing that our issue will be dealt with quick and efficiently. Keep up the great work!

This company provides terrible customer service, I had a difficult time when I moved returning the equipment and cancelling the service. I had to speak to several representatives and drive the equipment to their office to get them to stop charging me. The equipment was outdated and ineffective. I would never use alarmforce again.

Any dealings I have had with AlarmForce to date has been helpful and courteous. Pleased with the monitoring service and convenience of the App (to set the alarm remotely). When I leave on holidays I have the confidence of knowing my house is being monitored while I am away.

This company is absolutely terrible to deal with. I just moved to a new place where there is no need for an alarm. I called in to move/cancel the services and every representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I was bounced around from department to department to cancel/transfer services. In the end, I can't even cancel this contract for services I no longer need without paying the ENTIRE balance of the remaining payments. I highly recommend never signing a contract with this company, there is no room for flexibility, and their customer service is lacking at best. Go somewhere else and get a much better experience.

I have been a customer for 10 years with Alarmforce. They just came and replaced my equipment after 10 years at no cost to me. My customer service experience with them has always been a 10 plus and the techs that have been to my home are courteous, efficient and most of all they show up on time. I would not even consider another home alarm company.

I was having problems with our alarm - it was set up differently than we had hoped. Indy at Alarm Force was super friendly and helpful. He was actually enjoyable to work with rather than your standard (dull) interaction with a customer support agent. He fixed the problem efficiently and was patient with my questions. Thanks Indy!

I have been a customer of Alarmforce for years and I recently upgraded my system to a control bundle which is monitored by cellwave cellular connection. This new technology allowed me to get rid of the aging landline (which I never used) - savings! After the upgrade, etc., the following month there was a glitch on my payment and when I called AlarmForce to rectify, as per usual, they were very professional and courteous. AlarmForce apologized for the error and offered a credit on my next month's account. Anytime I have called into their customer service centre or to dealing with the technicians on site everyone has always been helpful, professional and polite. Thank you AlarmForce - I am a customer for life!

I was very pleased with the person I spoke with...her name is Sue. She was very pleasant and efficient and made the changes I requested without any difficulty. In dealing with the public she is first class in service.
