quality company friendly staff pleasure doing business with them for ten plus years tech support is alway very supportive when helping changing alarm batteries and rechecking to makesure every alarm is functioning properly

Had to have alarm disconnect due to new door install. They cannot reactivate for 20+ days???
Have contacted Customer Service, very friendly service from Ruchie :). Said we shouldn't have to pay for days without service.
Will be credited in October for 20 days. Very fair... :)

I have been with AlarmForce for about 4 years now and I am completely happy with my service. If there are ever any technical issues it is resolved in a very timely manner, if not over the phone then promptly by appointment. They are quick to advise of any way my service can be enhanced/ upgraded and their technicians are quite pleasant and personable. I'm happy with my service from AlarmForce.

Our new home came with alarm force, we continued it for 2.5 years and just renewed again for another 3 years. It gives us peace of mind. The system is easy to use, the company has great customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer of alarm force for over 10 years. Customer service has always been great, fast and issues have always been taken care of. I am moving to a new address and signed up again with alarm force. I did research on the other companies, added up what they offered and what I was looking for in an alarm system. In the end, alarm force for me was cheaper. Also I like the peace of mind that when the alarm goes off a live two way operator is listening in. Other companies do not have this. This cuts down on false alarms but also gets a better response from law enforcement when valid.

I have been using Alarmforce Home Alarm system for years. I have been talking to person from Loyalty department for last few months to upgrade my home system, she was very helpful and patient, and their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very satisfied with their service.

I am very satisfied with alarm farce. The one thing that I noticed that I don't like is the box that says armed or disarmed. It is way to loud and I can't lower the volume on that at all. Besides that, everything is going well.
