They showed up on time. Very meticulous, clean. Install of entry way was flawless. Crew did not leave a mess. Cleaned up after work was complete. When done they reviewed with me. Very pleased.

We changed 3 windows and the front door - 150 year old victorian, I anticipated it to be more difficult and messy. They were extremely efficient, and non-disruptive as could be. The work was impeccable, the windows and door look amazing! We are very happy.

Professionally done. Very friendly. Kept up to date from order date to instalation date. Installer replaced rotted floor under the door. Kept me appraised during instalation process of what he was doing and what needed to be done. Cleaned up mess after job was done and took all the garbage/ old door and frame with him. The installer arrive on time and completed the job in about 3 hours. Very friendly did a great job. Troy made sure that I was happy with the service and product and afterwards he cleaned up the job site very well, the only trace he left behind was a shiny new door.

We decided after months of discussion to replace our front door. The whole process was definitely without stress. The professionals from Home Depot/Peak Installations made the whole process quite straightforward. When the door arrived the install crew did an absolutely fantastic job with the installation,. After speaking with a number of companies regarding the replacement of my front and back door, I went ahead with Peak Installation and Home Depot. The guys from Peak Installation showed up on time, despite it being a cold day in early February. After some pleasantries and a review of the work site and changes, they got to work.
I was very satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness and care. They showed me both doors before beginning and ensured that there was no damage to the black exterior finish. They finished up the front door before moving onto the back door to ensure the house was open for as short a time as possible. When some external brickwork needed to be altered to ensure a proper fit of the new sill, they did their best to contain the dust and clean up afterwards. They even apologized that some of the brick dust that landed on the snow would mean a mess once everything melted!
After completion, we did a final walk through to ensure everything was satisfactory. They cleaned up and ensured that nothing was left behind.
Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship, and I would not hesitate to contract them again for window or door needs.
