The quality of the doors were excellent, was very happy with Mike Morris of Peak Installation/ Home Depot who helped me with the selection and colour of the front door, with his guidance it has made my house very rich looking. The Home Depot installers were very professional and skilled. Very happy with my new doors. They left my place spotless. Will definitely go with Home Depot with future window/door installations.

The installation was great. The process was simple, every date estimate was bang on, and the communication from everyone was great. The installation of the new door, removal of the old door, and installing of the door hardware was done in just over an hour, and a perfect fit!

Great instal for a side door. Knowledgeable professionals installed it well with no issues and took into consideration custom requirements and specifications. Instal was done within a short time as well.

We had Cliff Love and Matt install a new sliding glass door. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with the professionalism of these two men. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the installation was finished. The y left the area spotless. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with competent men. The glass door we had replaced was 30 years old. Cliff told me that the door was installed backwards! Yes!! Backwards! The screen was on the inside instead of the outside. I get irritated dealing with the incompetence out there and must say again, it was such a pleasure dealing with Cliff and Matt. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give these men 100! I was THAT impressed with them! Thank You Cliff and Matt for a job very, very well done!

I required a custom-made patio door to replace an old poorly insulated wooden patio door. The day turned out to be cold and snowy, but the crew was very well organized and my wall was open for a minimal amount of time. The crew also avoided any damage to the hardwood flooring inside the door. I was very pleased with the result.

I was very surprised at how reasonably priced The windows were. I had received quotes from a few other window companies and Home Depot was cheaper by at least 1000 dollars for the more expensive window.

The Sales representative that came to ny house was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

The project coordinator Michelle was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The Installation team were very professional, they cleaned up all of their mess, was very respectful of my home and very quick. They explained what they did and how my new wondows worked.

Overall I was very impressed with the whole process.

I would recommend Home Depot for windows any day.

Everything went great. Installer was on time and very professional. He did a very neat and tidy job. Took all the waste away and cleaned the area when he was done.

After experiencing a bad windstorm in our area, my insurance company provided me with two phone numbers to contact, one of those being Peak Installations. When I called them, I was told they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they came to assess damage to my home. They told me to sign and return paperwork giving them permission to be on my property, which I never did.

I contacted the other company my insurance company told me to contact and they were at my home within 48 hours. I had them come and do the repairs to my home for a cost of $165.

Peak installations claimed to do over $600 of emergency repairs to my roof and provided an estimate for thousands of dollars. I never gave them permission to be on my property, never signed any documents at any time and now they pester me to pay the $600 they claim they incurred to fix my roof.

They never did any emergency repairs and were never given permission to examine my home. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

The one problem I had was that the door I and frame I had replaced did not include a deadbolt or door handles and I was not told this and had to call a locksmith before I left the house as I did not have any of the required hardware. This cost me 226 dollars. But a good job was done.
