Professionally done. Very friendly. Kept up to date from order date to instalation date. Installer replaced rotted floor under the door. Kept me appraised during instalation process of what he was doing and what needed to be done. Cleaned up mess after job was done and took all the garbage/ old door and frame with him. Totally professional
