We had the roof done through Peak Installation on behalf of Home Depot and we are extremely satisfied, from the planning to the end of the project, i.e. They arrived on schedule, completed it the same day and cleaned the yard and entrance be fore they left. They are very professionnal. Thank you Home Depot for recruiting good contractors.

We were very happy with the finished job done on our roof. The sales person knew his products well. The roofers were very knowledgeable and polite. Did a good job on the clean up also. Our only issue was it took a long time to get done due to the weather.

Professional and hard working crew completed the job and were very meticulous on the clean up of the site around my home. New shingles and roof look great and complements from the neighbours.

I was very happy with the work that was done at my home. The installer worked very quickly, did excellent clean up, and was extremely professional during our interactions.

The sales person came on time for the apt and provided all details. In less than the time expected the windows were avaliable and a install date was set up. The installer came to the home, explained what he would do/ covered areas to prevent any dirt and started the job.

It was completed in about 3 hours then he set to cleaning the entire site in and out.

In the end I was impressed with the work done and would recomend HD installations to anyone.

The installers did an excellent job. They kept us informed about what they were doing and answered any and all our questions. They completed the jobs in a day and explained how to maintain them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them for another job.

The only redeeming quality of this whole experience was Robert the person who came for the sales lead. When the crew arrived one window had been measured incorrectly so the work could not be finished. When the slider was replaced the lock wasn't adjusted properly so they had to come back. There is still a 1/4" gap that lets lots of air in. The installer reused the molding so it looks terrible. When questioned he said that's what is in our contract. This is 100% untrue. When I looked into it further I was told molding comes with every install from the manufacturer, at no cost to the installer. I have called and emailed Heather our Project coordinator multiple times requesting to be put in touch with a supervisor, now she no longer replies to anything. Its been almost 2 1/2 months and we still don't have the final window installed (or even a date for when it will be) and a new slider that looks like it was installed by an amateur. What a joke.
