Shandyman Contracting - Roofing

I needed to replace the roofing on my garage and garden shed. I posted my project on Homestars. 3 roofers responded. Shane, the owner of Shandyman, came himself to check out the job himself. He was very professional as was his proposal and the contract we ultimately signed. When it was time to do the work, Shane was on site working with his 4-person crew. They did an excellent job. Shane was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. I have already recommended Shandyman to friends. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Shane & team did a great and very efficient job replacing my roof. The site was left clean (they have a great tool to get rid of any roof nails!), and the new roof looks great. Would use them again!

I hired ShandyMan to deal with a challenging issue with the copper roof on my home. The copper had really deteriorated which was negatively impacting its overall appearance. Shane and his team explored a number of different options and identified a solution which ended up improving the appearance of the roof significantly and at a lesser cost than the other options that I was considering.

Needed a roof replaced that was just over 20 years on a house we bought a couple of years ago. After finding Shandyman online, from the moment I reached out to get an estimate to the moment they completed the work, they were incredible. Shane and Michael are very responsive, quick to answers questions and give you an honest take on the situation. The crew was kind, clean, respectful, and worked very fast. The workmanship was excellent and Shane and the guys even did some extra work to ensure components previously installed on the roof stayed in tact.
Overall, an incredible experience working with Shane and and the Shandyman crew! I will be contacting them for more work in the future and would recommend to anyone to use their services to get radiant, reliable, and great quality work done with a down to earth, amazing team.

Roof leaked inside after major snow/mixed precipitation in early spring. They responded quickly, put up a temporary tarp and recommended roof reshingling on the front half - plus a flat roof on a portion of it due to low roof slope. Everything is professional with these guys - job was done quickly; they consult with pictures; professional contracts and respond quickly when I email or called with questions.

They replaced our leaking roof and removed our old chimney. They provided excellent service, explained everything really well and provided updates about the project components and timing. They stuck to the schedule, always arrived on time and communicated with us if anything in the schedule changed. I would highly recommend them and will definitely seek out their services for future projects.
