Assured Quality Roofing and Eavestroughs

After a heavy rain and thunderstorm, water was coming in from the kitchen window and over the bedroom door. I thought the problem was with the eavesthrough or gutter and called Assured Roofing right after Perry arrived and AJ went up on the roof and without a doubt he said it was the aging roof.

Perry started explaining what had to be done for a temp fix and also a permanent one. It took only a short time and AJ cleaned the gutter and repaired the leak. 2 weeks later a different problem accrued and I called Perry, they came back before he even let me know he was there AJ fixed the problem.

I was so surprised at the prompt service. You are informed of every step of the process of what's being done. I now have a new roof installed and other things fixed at a reasonable price. This is a great team who are very professional with guaranteeing that their work is done on time.

A special shout-out to AJ for all his hard work. My rating is 11/10, I would have no problem recommending this team to anyone.

I had eavestroughs on a part of my roof installed last fall and was very happy with the service that Assured Quality Roofing provided. It was a smaller job, so I was happy they were able to take it on. The team was timely, happily addressed any of my concerns and interacting with them was a pleasure. The eavestroughs looked great, worked well and the price was good.

The true testament to the service was this summer - almost a year later - when I noticed a leak in one of the corners. I contacted Perry and he immediately responded that they would come round to fix the situation when they had an opportunity. Not many days later, Perry and AJ came by and made the fix. Thanks to both of you for great service and support!

Excellent service they responded back right away when done an online free estimate, they came by gave be a very reasonable price on the repair, they came back in two days and completed the repair for less then original price quoted. Excellent service very qualified and very nice repair technicians.

WOW, WOW, WOW. My eaves were in desperate shape and definitely needed replacing but I was putting off the job.
Finally I had no choice but to start looking for a contractor. I searched the internet as well as the Jiffy app.
When I contacted Perry he responded right away and came over the next day and gave me a quote on the spot.(btw it was over $1000 cheaper than my next closest quote).
When I emailed to give him the job he was here 3 days later with his team and did an outstanding job.
Not only did Perry keep me in the loop at all times but also noted some things that should be changed in my downspout but didn't change it without my approval.

We had a very positive experience working with Perry and AJ. I appreciated that Perry took the time to walk us through all of the issues with our roof and what needed to be done. They did a great job and it is clear that they take pride in the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them!

Perry quickly responded to my inquiry and inspected the roof just two days afterwards. He explained very clearly what work had to be done and included some photos. After giving him the go ahead, he and his assistant were working on the roof a week later. They did a fantastic job repairing the main flat roof and the shingled roof on the back addition. Perry sent me several photos. I was also pleased to get a 10-year warranty. I highly recommend this roofing company.

I had a leak and received a number of quotes for roof replacement. Perry was the only one that took the time to understand the issues and review options with me in detail and what the impacts might be with each option. Perry takes his time to take pictures of the issues and then walks you through those pictures (and the odd golf pic. lol) to help you understand and make informed decisions. Ultimately we had new shingles installed and replaced the soffit/eavestrough. What I really liked is that Perry is not just some sales guy and then some other crew shows up to do the work. Perry and AJ did all the work themselves and were fantastic. They took pride in their work and left the area clean. Im still looking for nails/screws but havent found one yet. I would recommend Perry and Assured Quality Roofing.

Perry and AJ fixed my roof after it was discovered that the existing roof had been shingled incorrectly leaving the shingles to blow away in a strong wind. They also fixed other serious issues they came across as they were putting on the new shingles. They replaced my skylight, added new vents, as well as fixed a serious problem with the stack. Perry took lots of pictures to show the issues and explain what needed to be done. After the job was done they cleaned up all the garbage left by the job. They did a really good job and I would definitely recommend them.
