1. Lack of planning of resources and materials on time.
2. The deposit and advances were received well on time, however the required deposits are not paid to the suppliers and the orders are not placed in advance for long lead materials such as kitchen cabinets, hard wood, quartz and tiles. This has caused significant delays to the project.
3. Low productivity and schedule delays due to unavailability of resources, tools and building materials on time.
4. No proactive follow-ups without triggering each and every issues to the supervisor.
5. Significant delays from the kitchen cabinet suppliers for which I have to approach the supplier directly as there is no timely action and payments from this contractor on time.
6. Significant delays in the garbage bin removal. No action taken for 2+ weeks to arrange alternatives in spite of repeated requests.

Great job! We love how our space turned out. It took us almost a year to find the right contractor, and we are glad we went with J Designer. He was very professional and listened to what we wanted rather than tell us what we should do.
