Wow! What a pleasure doing business with him and his tile installation team.
He is so professional, that even a big box store cannot keep up. Communication is on point so much so that you are never left wondering about what's next. Contract documents are clear, no surprise payments / demands for money.
He arrived on time as scheduled, if he was running late, we were kept informed. Workmanship is meticulous, of really high quality and h keeps the job site neat and tidy.

He offered suggestions / options when issues came up (minor issues). For the options / additional work we were quoted reasonable amounts (considering that he undertakes the 90% of the work himself) and the milestone payments were well spaced out.

The entire project took just over 2 weeks.

One really satisfied customer and we would highly recommend him.

A new pantry was built to match out existing cupboards. It is a fairly large pantry with 4 doors that almost exactly match our existing doors (can't see a difference).

The work was done on time, on budget, and with great quality. Also, they put soft close hinges on the door which was a nice surprise.

The team was prompt, on time, and cleaned up before they left. Nothing negative to say, I would recommend they work to anyone to renovate their kitchen.

Johncarlo and his crew (Rob and Wes) did an amazing reno job on our Master Bath. It was completely gutted and finished within the given time frame. Johncarlo and his crew are knowledgeable and detail oriented. They always arrived on time and kept our home very clean during the renovation. The quality of their work is 10 plus. I have 4 cousins who also hire Johncarlo for renovations and they all rave about him.

Johncarlo did an amazing job creating our finished basement. They took our ideas and came up with a great plan for the layout, including great suggestions we would not have considered. All of the workers were professional and friendly. The job was finished on time but the work was not rushed. Everything looks great and works great.

We are very pleased with the excellent work done by Ingenuity Contracting. Johncarlo is one of the best contractors out there and the quality of his workmanship speaks for itself. He did a great job repairing the glaring holes in our basement drywall, making it seamless. He also repaired and re-tiled our shower floor with great attention to detail and went the extra mile to get the job done right. The jobsite was left organized and spotless each day. Thank you!!

We have been hiring Ingenuity Contracting to do work for us for about four years now.
Johncarlo is detail oriented, does incredible work and relies on a network of reputable suppliers for quality materials fit for various budgets.
We have had our basement finished to perfection and have had upgrades to our kitchen - Quartz countertops, Calacatta marble back splash, under-mount sink and faucet.
Ingenuity Contracting also upgraded our fireplace facade in our family room with a beautiful cast-stone product making a real statement in the room.
