I am very happy with the work that Michael completed for me at my office, He installed new cabinetry and flooring in the kitchen as well as installing a small air conditioner. He was a pleasure to work with during the planning process and had good suggestions on where money could be better spent

I had couple of small jobs around home. Luckily Michael had time and came over quickly, and provided me with an assessment. He also provided me with different options that was very helpful.
He completed the jobs on a timely manner and with high quality. His price was also competitive.

He sourced some beautiful pieces and did everything from building walls to painting to electrics and pipes himself. In January We requested Michael's services to repair a leak in the standup shower in the basement bathroom. The job took a few days longer than expected as they had to dissemble the whole shower and re-assemble as the leak was likely the floor. We also added a few extras, such as a vanity install, pot lights. We were very happy with the work. Then in early November 2023 he came back to do some work in our middle floor bathroom such as new tile floor, ceiling light, vent, etc and some little repairs around the bathroom. The bathroom looks amazing, like a whole new bathroom. I'd definitely recommend Michael at Clearspan.
