Rooter Man GTA

After having another company come and review my home following a sewer backup, I was told that I needed to remove an old main line trap which was causing the clog (and $2800 to fix). Stephen Brodar from Rooter man came the next day and found that the trap had already been removed, and that the issue was a blockage inside the house. If I had paid the $2800, A) the issue would not have been resolved, B) I would have torn up my driveway for no reason.
I very much appreciated Stephens no pressure diagnosis and resolution of my problem. He gave me a clear idea what was causing the issue, fixed it, and gave me a detailed quote on how to resolve the issue so it does not happen in the future. Very highly recommended.

Plumber name Alex Grzebieniak came on Jun. 30, 2017, to fix our Bathroom faucet leak. Alex was extremely professional and courteous. He managed to pinpoint the root cause and promptly repaired the issue.

We found Alex to be very knowledgable and at the same time empathetic to our ordeal. Experiences like this makes all the difference.

On a statutory holiday I came home to the sump pump alarm. The power to the pump was working and I was worried that the pump had died. Alex came within 2 hours despite the holiday and fixed the problem which turned out to be a faulty alarm switch, He was knowledgable, courteous and prompt. I recommend this company!!

Rooterman was not the cheapest quote, but Stephan was very clean and professional coming into our house to assess and provide quote. I was very impressed at the detailed written quote, which was not provided by other companies.

Workers arrived and took much care to seal off the area, and cleaned up after themselves. Minimal damage to the floor where the cut was to install the valve. Workers were clean and did not wreck anything.

Stephan followed up to inspect and provided the completed paper work for the city rebate. A very positive experience overall.
