Rooter Man GTA

On a weekend in December in December we noticed sewage backing up into our basement. We called RooterMan who responded to our problem very quickly. Steve did a long and thorough assessment and gave us our options for repair of a broken sewer line in our front yard.

We opted to replace the line outside and a good portion in our basement. On Monday a full crew arrived and began work. They were very professional and courteous. The job was completed by Wednesday despite bad weather and the need to dig down 20 feet in our yard. The basement was completely repaired and new inspection and backflow prevention items installed. The front yard was a bit of mess when they left due to weather. In April the crew returned to clean up yard. Once again they did a professional job.

Despite costing a fair bit of money I would recommend RooterMan to anyone having a problem similar to ours.

I called on a nice Sunday afternoon and they showed up within the hour and fixed the problem fast and cost effective. I will definitely use them again!

After many attempts of trying to fix our plugged sink with snakes, drano and plungers we decided to call Rooter-man! My husband and I couldn't believe the fast service. Within an hour of calling, Alex the plumber was there. He was friendly, honest and very hard working. Took him a couple of hours but determination paid off and we now have a unplugged sink! Rob the plumber was very helpful and offered explanations and results of the tasks he performed. He also went the extra mile to perform a quick inspection of some recent plumbing I had done by another contractor.

Alex, the plumber worked very hard and efficiently to remove the stubborn clog from our kitchen sink. He was also very professional,neat in performing and completing the task; and knowledgeable of his trade,giving practical advise to maintain a well-functioning drain .

Discovered an unexpected sewer back-up on the property late one night. Called Rooter-man GTA and first thing in the morning the following day Stephen Brodar came in to assessed the situation.

Stephen brought in a crew to help clean the initial mess and also restore water usage across the house (that very same day!).

Had sewage backup in basement and horrible odour throughout the house. Called Rooterman and was told they would send their best man for the job in my area. Robert showed up within a few hours the same day, he and his helper located the problem quickly and efficiently. I was told they would be back out the next morning at 8:30am to repair the problem.

The team showed up earlier than they said, which was very nice. The entire team was extremely professional, fast and efficient. They were polite and patient with my questions and quite personable. After Robert inspected the work to make sure it met his standards, I felt confident enough to leave the house as the team finished the job. When I returned I discovered that except for a little area of fresh soil showing, you couldn't even notice they had been there.

I will definitely use this company again when/if needed and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.
