I contacted Pezhman on the merit of the other strong Homestar reviews. I liked him over the phone so agreed to have him come to the house. He came with his business partner and they were very nice, helpful, and generated ideas of how to replace our garage doors so that a vehicle could actually drive into the garage. They were very good to deal with, submitted all the drawings and the permit was granted in a flash.

Had thick aggressive waves of plaster on our mainfloor ceiling. Had 3 contractors in to give quotes. Lukas gave the most reasonable quote, but also had a better attitude toward the job and better suggestion of approach. His team were very respectful of the house, and worked very hard. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up afterward! The ceiling is now flawless. They did an excellent job.

Afraid of back-up into our basement, we decided to finally get the valve installed. Rooterman was also the first to respond. Rooterman was not the cheapest quote, but Stephan was very clean and professional coming into our house to assess and provide quote. I was very impressed at the detailed written quote, which was not provided by other companies. Workers arrived and took much care to seal off the area, and cleaned up after themselves. Minimal damage to the floor where the cut was to install the valve. Workers were clean and did not wreck anything. Stephan followed up to inspect and provided the completed paper work for the city rebate. A very positive experience overall.
