We tried everything and couldn’t unplug our kitchen sink. I called Rooter- Man and within a couple of hours Alexander was there to help. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. He even suggested ways to maintain our sink drain to prevent further issues. I would definitely use this company again!

One of our basement water pipes burst due to freezing. Andrew G from Rooter-Man came before scheduled time and did an amazing job to take care of the issue. He also gave us great advise on how to mitigate this issue in the future.
He was courteous and professional. He was also patient in answering the long list of questions we had since this was the first time this happened to us. Overall amazing service.

After a month of living in our new home, we found water pooling in the basement and thought our drain pipes under the basement were just clogged. We called Rooter-Man and Stephen was at our place the next morning with a camera to see what the issue was. Unfortunately it was evident the pipes underground hadn't been replaced and were broken in multiple places, essentially pouring water and waste into the ground. The next day Stephen's team came out and got to work ripping out the old pipes (or what was left of them) and replacing them with new PVC. They also showed us how the seller had replaced the kitchen drains but didn't tie it into the existing plumbing, just sealed it to a hole in the ground!! Unreal.

It took 4 days and was pretty stressful for my wife and I as new homeowners but the whole team were so great at explaining everything to us and putting our minds at ease along the whole process.

They had to dig up a section of our front lawn to go under our porch and connect to the city sewer system, and while the lawn needs fixing (which they said they'd come back in the spring to patch up) they left our porch completely unharmed. What was even more impressive is they did all this in minus 30 degree weather!

Rooter-Man are complete professionals who understand how stressful this process can be for homeowners. We hope to not need to call them again soon, but they will be the only ones we call for plumbing issues from now on, without hesitation.

He was generous with his time and effort. He made quick work of the problem, and took the time to make sure that any potential problems were going to be addressed before disaster struck.
On the subject of which, the problem that precipitated calling Rooter-man was a minor disaster: sewage had backed-up into our basement, and as expected, everything from flushing toilets to doing laundry ground to a halt.
The people that I initially spoke with at Rooter-man were amazingly responsive; they completely understood the situation, and the implications (i.e. everything from taking the day off work, to a developing biohazard emerging in my basement). In less than an hour someone was knocking at my door, long before the time promised.
Before they did any work I was quoted a specific price, and at the end of the visit that was exactly what I paid. That alone would merit 5 stars from me.

Though they were very busy due to cold weather they offered to come asap. The leak was not a pressure leak so they came early the next day and completed all the work in a timely and professional manner.

We found dampness in our basement and I contacted Rooter-Man for an inspection. They found the cause of the dampness and it turned out that our main drain stack had to replaced. Robert (Rob) and Stefan were courteous and helpful and provided excellent advice. The whole Rooter-Man team was professional and their work was of high quality. Considering the type of work that was performed, we were impressed with how clean they worked. We will always use Rooter-Man for future work, as they have redefined our view of what a plumbing company can be.

Robert fixed the clog and also corrected and realigned the pipes under our sink. He was very helpful and did an excellent job. Very friendly too!!!!

We had roots in our drains, so we needed new pipes from the stack to the street. In the midst of that project, we discovered that what we thought was a copper supply pipe was actually lead, so that needed to be replaced with copper, and we also discovered that the drain in the backyard stairwell was collapsed. That doubled the project, and the cost. This was a big project, and Stephen and his team did a great job. We are very pleased with how the work was performed, and the result.

I hired Stefan from the Rooter Man to create a water drainage connection from my existing house to my garage which I am turning into a living space. Alex and his team were some of the hardest working, most caring people I have ever hired. These are seriously meticulous workers, every detail was done with care. They were always on time, usually early, always in good spirits, and extremely polite! They went out of their way to make sure everything was always tidy and clean. Nowadays it is hard to find people who take true pride in their work, and these men are a true exception. I was amazed as I watched them dig and work in a trench that was above their heads and created a tunnel into my house, so that none of my living spaces were damaged. These are the workers that everyone dreams of hiring. I am ecstatic with the work that they have done! Thank you RooterMan!!
