As a result of a sewer back up, my service pipe required replacement in order to swap out the clay pipes for upgrade ABS. It was a very difficult job given the high water table in the area. Alex and his team did an amazing job. They take pride in their work and ensure the highest quality. While many may have walked away from this job, given the water table, Alex dealt with the challenges to complete the job. Would highly recommend!

Neil and Lamar were professional, polite and really great! They were prompt with their service (and on a weekend at that!) and the finished product looks amazing!

I was getting a pedestal sink removed (it was at least 40 years old and stuck to the tiles), and getting a new sink with cabinet put in. Lamar had to run to a few places to get a rare adaptor to fit my particularly pipe to this new Ikea set up ('nuff said).

They left the bathroom nice and clean and made sure I was happy with each step. Price was very reasonable as they also stayed late to deal with old house issues (like bulging walls!!).

Really appreciate their help and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!

We had a slight back up of waste water in the basement. Stephen came out on New Years Eve day and scoped it for us and gave us a quote. We got two other quotes and decided to go with Rooter-Man because he was so professional, responded readily, and he had excellent equipment. His crew worked faithfully through the worst weather to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
