Alex did a wonderful job. He was neat and tidy. Very professional and was very pleasant and patient with my family.

My toilet was clogged and I had severe drain issues causing a loud rumbling in my basement. I decided to call rooter man and Alex came right away. He unclogged the toilet and solved the water and noise issue. He explained the issues within my drainage step by step and helped me understand how the water backed up. He brought a video camera tool to show the work he was doing. Alex was very professional and respectful. I was very glad I called this company and I was more than satisfied with Alex's service.

We had a leak in our ceiling. Neil and Lamar came promptly, explained everything (including price) at each step. They were polite and friendly. They quickly located and addressed the problem. They then cleaned up afterwards so efficiently that the only evidence they had ever been in our home was the fact that the leak had stopped.

Alex and team replaced the external sewer line from the house to the main city line. Big job, deep holes were dug, mounds of earth but by day 3 the front garden was back to the way it was. The job was done carefully, neatly and professionally.

I knew this name by a glance of their work truck with logo in neighbourhood. Last week when we found basement flooding issue, the first image flashed up is "rooter man", So i decided to give it a shot.

Impressively job done so far, their teams boot on ground just in 30 min after call, and professional inspection led by owner of Stephan , a smile gentleman ,was completed in 15 min thoroughly and a thoughtful solution with an affordable offer was presented. We took it and they just work on spot right away. Everything behaved in professional way ,quietly and neatly.

Anyway, i am far more than happy about their service , and ready to refer them to my friends.

We encountered a leaky pipe (above water heater) on Sunday morning being 2/18. Upon calling Sandy @ Rooter-Man, a plumber (Neil) was dispatched that afternoon and completed the work by 5.00PM on 2/18!
