TIGER from ??????????

I knew this name by a glance of their work truck with logo in neighbourhood. Last week when we found basement flooding issue, the first image flashed up is "rooter man", So i decided to give it a shot. Impressively job done so far, their teams boot on ground just in 30 min after call, and professional inspection led by owner of Stephan , a smile gentleman ,was completed in 15 min thoroughly and a thoughtful solution with an affordable offer was presented. We took it and they just work on spot right away. Everything behaved in professional way ,quietly and neatly. Anyway, i am far more than happy about their service , and ready to refer them to my friends.

I has never had such a worst experience in my life until I shopped in CAS Mississauga store. The sales person Preet sold me a KitchenAid OTR microwave this morning , However after one hour when I back to store and told him i would like to cancel the order and get money back. His smiling face was gone and declined my request ---- It is really shocking as I never thought I had no right to change my purchasing decision. His excuse was a term hidden in invoice term ,which was printed out after payment : " A 25%cancellation fee be applied regardless any reason" . I tried to argue that he should have high lighted this term to me before I made up decision , but he just declined and tried to push me away. This is whole terrible story I had this morning . Never trust this store, never buy anything from them.

If you need a reliable furnace contractor to upgrade the heating system, This company should be on your top of the contact list. I had to admit I suspected all contractors as lots of my friends warned me with too much overpromising but under-delivering stories . However after a round of meeting with couple of contractors candidate, Rick , the owner of About Air Inc impressed me a lot and He was chosen to get the job done. The result is much more than satisfaction. Rick and his assistant spent half days on installation and get the work done neatly and nicely. Now this furnace has worked out well for last 7 month and we feel pretty lucky to get such a friendly and honest contractor to help us .
