Had some water draining and noise issues in my tenant's washer/dryer combo. Reached out to Pro Choice Services on the weekend and got a reply on Monday morning to book an appointment for that evening. The service was quick and the technician Kobe Rozen called me with a quote before proceeding with the repair. He gave me detailed report of what the problem was and we discussed if this was the best option. He was efficient and left my tenants happy. I will definitely make Pro Choice my first choice for any future repairs. Thanks!

Dr. Tubs were great to deal with. I got a clear quote, schedule and instructions from Enza before the technician came out. Carlos (the technician) was on time, clean and respectful to my place. We found out that the tub didn't need to be stripped which saved me some money in the end and also some time. Carlos also gave me some tips on cleaning the accessibility handles before putting them back on. The tub looks fantastic and I would recommend their services anytime. Next up, the tiles!

Rahul has been helping me out with my HVAC for years! He's very professional, dedicated and prompt. I was having some issues with the Nest thermometer telling me that my furnace kept shutting off before 15mins. Rahul diagnosed the system, adjusted some settings and suggested some additional solutions. Now the furnace works as it should and I won't have a cold winter :) Thanks again and see you next maintenance!

Neil and Lamar were professional, polite and really great! They were prompt with their service (and on a weekend at that!) and the finished product looks amazing! I was getting a pedestal sink removed (it was at least 40 years old and stuck to the tiles), and getting a new sink with cabinet put in. Lamar had to run to a few places to get a rare adaptor to fit my particularly pipe to this new Ikea set up ('nuff said). They left the bathroom nice and clean and made sure I was happy with each step. Price was very reasonable as they also stayed late to deal with old house issues (like bulging walls!!). Really appreciate their help and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!

We had Igor and his team replace most windows last winter and have been happy with the results so have asked him to replace another window this summer. We had one old window in the mudroom that we didn't get replaced last winter but the window sill started to rot and we got carpenter ants. Igor came by and explained all aspects and answered all questions before creating a quote. So in the end, we are happy with the results and the house is now warm, bug and draft free! I reached out to several eaves/gutter companies and Petar was the quickest to respond and come out to give a free estimate. The estimate was thorough and we went through what needed to be done. The quote included options (as i was unsure if i wanted the t-rex eaves) and priced reasonably. Scheduling the work is always hard when weather is a factor but Petar made sure to work within my requested range of dates. The employees were here on time and completed the work in a day, being flexible to our suggestions of where to put the rain barrel and reinforcing a couple facias boards. They were also very careful with our gardens as we have lots of seedlings close to the house. We expected a few casualties but were very happy with the care and cleanliness from the crew. Overall a pleasant experience and now we have great looking and operating eavestroughs and downspouts. Thanks Petar and team!

Sam was quick and professional. He worked with my difficult time schedule (i had airbnb tenants coming in and out) and made time for the repairs when I had asked. We couldnt diagnose the problem at first as it was intermittent but then upon confirming when the washing machine would stop (usually either at wash cycle or at the spin cycle) he deduced it was the motor and capacitor. He came on time and completed the work quickly and left the place clean. He even fixed my off balanced dryer while he was putting the appliances back. Would definitely recommend JSN. Thanks Sam!
