Rob was great! He was generous with his time and effort. He made quick work of the problem, and took the time to make sure that any potential problems were going to be addressed before disaster struck. On the subject of which, the problem that precipitated calling Rooter-man was a minor disaster: sewage had backed-up into our basement, and as expected, everything from flushing toilets to doing laundry ground to a halt. The people that I initially spoke with at Rooter-man were amazingly responsive; they completely understood the situation, and the implications (i.e. everything from taking the day off work, to a developing biohazard emerging in my basement). In less than an hour someone was knocking at my door, long before the time promised. Before they did any work I was quoted a specific price, and at the end of the visit that was exactly what I paid. That alone would merit 5 stars from me.

Ben cleaned 4 carpets, including an antique Persian rug, and the results were fantastic. His service was great. He delivered as promised, and on time. Highly recommended!
