Rooter Man GTA

These guys are great! I have had them over for several issues and they are always honest, punctual and knowledgeable. We had issues with our shower, installed pressure reducing valve and got help with a leaking toilet. I've had quotes from other companies and felt like something wasn't right, or rushed or over priced. Rooter-man's guys always take the time to explain to me my options in an honest way. I always research what I am told and these guys have always been right, cannot say the same about other contractors. Keep up the great work guys, thank-you!

A fellow named Alex did the job. He was very professional, bright, well spoken with a good sense of humour and very conscientious about what he was doing. Very impressed with him and the entire experience.

Steve was on site within a few hours of us calling him. He was knowledgeable and he patiently explained the options available to fix the sewage flooding into our new basement.

Steve gave us a competitive estimate and he walked us through the permit process. He was responsive and his team was reliable and efficient.

It was an expensive job and we felt we got incredible value for our money. This is an excellent service provider and we highly recommend them.

The covers on the external sewer access have broken a few times over the years and with a quick text they were replaced without charge.

We had a blocked piped which was preventing us from being able to wash dishes, do laundry…so we called Rooter Man. The technician, Alex arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Alex, had the right equipment on hand and was able to clear the blockage. We were very satisfied with the service and would recommend Rooter Man to friends and family.

Called and spoke to a very friendly customer service rep. The plumber, Alex arrived within 1 1/2 to snake my kitchen drain. Alex was very professional and courteous. He reviewed situation and provided me with a written quote when he arrived. He was able to snake the drain, problem solved. Definitely recommend this company.

I met Stephen Brodar of Rooter Man when my neighbour had sewer back up in his basement. Stephen offer to camera my sewer pipes to check their condition, since mine were the same age as my neighbour’s. (60 plus years).
My pipes were degraded and sewer back up was an inevitable event, unless the pipes were upgraded.
Stephen, did all the necessary paper work for necessary building permits and started the very next day. The crew was prompt, professional and attentive to all my concerns.
I have astroturf, and was concerned about how they were going to dig. They folded my turf over during work and placed it all back when the work was complete.
Stephen scheduled an inspection from the city inspector for my $1200 subsidy from the city.
The work was completed on schedule and the site was left neat and tidy.
