These guys are great! I have had them over for several issues and they are always honest, punctual and knowledgeable. We had issues with our shower, installed pressure reducing valve and got help with a leaking toilet. I've had quotes from other companies and felt like something wasn't right, or rushed or over priced. Rooter-man's guys always take the time to explain to me my options in an honest way. Upon initial visit it was clear Wojtek knew what he was talking about compared to other companies that gave me quotes. The level of service from this company is amazing and other contractors should learn from them... It's pretty simple, be honest, be knowledgable and take the time the client needs. Wojtek took the time to come with me in the attic and explain to me my options. He replied honestly to all my concerns. Got our roof redone and a week later problems started happening. We lost trust with the workmanship of the company that did the job and wanted a second opinion. It is hard to go on your roof let alone know what to look for. So, we called Dave for an inspection of our new roof. He inspected carefully and took his time to explain everything to us.
