I am very happy with the service I received from Troy moving co. I was going through a difficult pregnancy and had to make several changes to my dates mid move. Sofia was so understanding and helpful throughout it all, I am forever greatful! Everything was picked up and delivered on time with no damage and the movers were all professional and gave me plenty of notice before arrival. I will be using this company again and would suggest them to anyone else looking for a great, reliable moving company.

Not too long ago I used Troy for my move from London to Ottawa! I had great guys (Mark and Josh) for both my pickup and delivery, the picked up my stuff on a Monday and brought it to me on a Saturday!! Both my pickup and a delivery were quick and easy, the office staff were friendly and easy to work with. I realize that not everyone can be satisfied, but personally I had a great move and wouldn't hesitate to call Troy again for a move

Troy Transportation helped me move my stuff (about 5500 lb) from Calgary to Vancouver. I had a great experience with this company and I can highliught the followings:

1) allways prompt response to my emails.
2) best proce I could get.
3) staff are very friendly and they really do their best to accommodate your needs.
4) they even schedule a delivery or pick-up on holidays (I moved my stuff right after X-mas and they did it for me.

5) They delivered my stuff right on the date I requested (although I set the date very late)

6) very fast pick up and delivery

7) safely packed everything

8) I also got free storage (waiting time) up to 6 weeks!

Moved my mother from Calgary to Victoria in 2010, any problems that arose were looked after by the company. My only advice would be to get the best insurance available for any move thru any moving company.

Troy was the first and only company to respond to my search for a mover to move three small pieces of furniture. I was finding it almost impossible to find a company to do a small move but the staff at Troy were very helpful, and accommodating.The price was half what other companies charge, the delivery was quick, and the customer service was amazing. My wife and I moved recently from Vancouver to Toronto. I checked out Troy Moving online and was very happy with their reviews online. The customer service was great from the pick-up to delivery portion of the move. I had a few glasses broken on the way, but I wasnt very concerned with that, as the price of the move was very reasonable. I can accept a few glasses damaged during a long distance move than have to worry about a $10,000 bill. I had a Van line comy be and give me an estimate for my move for over $7000, but Troy moving did the same service in less than half. Very resonable. Great Service and my rep Alice was amazing to deal with!
