Moved my mother from Calgary to Victoria in 2010, any problems that arose were looked after by the company. My only advice would be to get the best insurance available for any move thru any moving company.

Without going into too many detials of the claim, Troy Moving has made all efforts to offer you and your mom the most possible resolution and reimbursment to a shipment that was not insured.
Upon booking the move, as per our standard terms and conditions, you are offered to declare a value to the shipment. This offer was denied and waived.
However, despite that Troy Moving has offered you a substantial amount to rectify the situation, and we hope that you will accept it and remove this review, as we have rectified the situation.Thank you in advance
