Nomad Roofing

We are very satisfied and happy with our house re-roofing experience with Nomad. We had quotes from three contractors and decided to go with Nomad because of better pricing, excellent online reviews and for being one of the preferred installers of the shingle manufacturer. Everything went smoothly – from the negotiation, scheduling and installation. The staff and crew were courteous and easy to deal with. They certainly deserved our recommendation.

We received 4 quotes and decided to go with Nomad. Carlo, the
salesman took the time to explain the whole process to us.
The workers were friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day.

Amy and Carlos were clear, concise, and kept their agreements with me.
The installers were Russel and Erica, and they were on time and did exactly what was promised by Nomad. They went out of their way to answer my questions.

The workers that did the work were awesome, polite, clean and very knowledgeable. Was very impressed. The problem was they initially used the wrong product on my roof. Though they did correct the mistake, I was the one who caught the error not them. The product the had used was 2000 dollars less than the one I was quoted for. If I had not caught the error I don't think it would have been caught. They had already shingled my garage and half my house, before I noticed the mistake.

We had our roof replaced on our home and attached garage by Nomad Roofing. Their service is terrific from start to finish. Both Amy, their Production Manager and Carlo, in their sales explained the process very well. The crew was polite and worked very efficiently and quickly and cleaned up after themselves each day and 0bviously took pride in their work. A great Company to deal with.

We just had Nomad Roofing replace the shingles on our house and attached garage, as well as the eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. The finished job looks great! From the start, Nomad actually took the time to meet with us and explain the quote when they came out to do it. Communication was key as they kept us informed of the status of the project from the delivery of materials right through to the completion. Work site crews were courteous, took pride in their workmanship and always left the work site clean. Once we accepted the quote, the job was scheduled promptly and completed in a timely manner. We initially contacted Nomad on a referral by a friend and were very pleased to have received the same great service. We would definitely recommend Nomad to anyone looking for a quality roofing company!

In October/November 2014, We checked out several roofing companies on Homestars and the BBB. We picked Nomad in the end because they got good reviews and were a preferred contractor for the shingle manufacturer, which meant we could get longer warranties than with other roofing companies. They gave us an estimate in November 2014 and stuck with that estimate when they did the job in May 2015. The crew made sure to clean up the ground every day before they left. They were very courteous with us and our kids. We are very happy with the service we received. We'd recommend them to our friends.

I contacted 3 roofing companies last summer specifically requesting a face to face consultation when the companies came to do their estimates. Nomad roofing was the only one that actually listened and met me in person. The fellow that did the estimate was very professional and new his stuff, I had done some research before hand.
The communication from the company was excellent. They worked with me for the start date and informed me if there where any changes to the work plan, giving me updates on the progress as required. Each day the work site was left clean and the final product is done to a high degree of workmanship. Communication with the customer from the outset is a good sign of how a company does business. After a careful online search, reading reviews from the Better Business Bureau and getting three estimates from leading roofers, we decided on Nomad Roofing and Repair as our first choice to re-shingle our house and garage. An agreement was signed in November 2014 and the job was started and completed in the latter part of March 2015. From start to finish, the process ran smoothly, thanks to the skill and professionalism of the entire crew. The work had to be interrupted once for a few days for safety reasons because of snow and winter (actually spring) storm conditions but at all phases we were kept informed about the progress of the work and updated on next steps. The team was particularly adept at re-shingling steep roofs such as ours (not an easy task). The old roofing materials were disposed of promptly and the site was cleaned up exceptionally well. At the conclusion of the project, Stan, the inspector, helpfully made an adjustment on the garage roof at our request and then put his own attractive and functional final touches on the house roof. Overall we were very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend this company.
