Nomad Roofing

This company is great in all aspects. The most important is workmanship which was A-1. The workers were knowledgeable and they didn't fool around at all as I happened to be home when they were doing the roof. The office staff were very pleasant and accommodating. All my questions were answered perfectly and timely. Even though I assumed they would not be there because of inclement weather, I still was contacted to let me know. If you pay less elsewhere, you might not get the same level of workmanship or customer service. That's very important to realize. I'm confident that my roof is well protected. Well worth the money spent.

Ryan visited our location with his drone and provided an estimate for reproofing including laminated asphalt shingles, Synthetic underlay, metal drip edge, full leak barrier over the entire roof, full felt underlay, new vents and whirlybirds and exhaust flanges and extending downpipes from upper roof to lower eavestrough. I was present for both days and can testify that the crew worked hard and yet did not appear to hurry the workmanship. They did an excellent job of cleanup including removal of scrap from lawn, sidewalk and eavestrough. They were not the least expensive of the estimates, however I think that I got excellent value for money.

20 year old roof was replaced in April 2015. Replaced with rubber Eurolite slate. Nice product and nice installation. Even though it took 3 days, the installer took his time and was very detail oriented. Very happy with the look and installation.

Ryan from Nomad Roofing came out & gave a Quote on replacing the cedar shingles on our roof. He took lots of pictures & went over the options that we had & the colors of shingles. He was very thorough & informative. Once we made the decision to start Amy took over & was very helpful in getting the crew out in a timely manner. The crew was very good to deal with & made sure there was no mess left. They even reshingled the wishing well to match the house. Great Job

Ryan and Amy were a pleasure to work with. Ryan was the third of 3 contractors we had out to provide an estimate. He arranged to meet me while I was home. He provided the most comprehensive solution for our home (which has a 2/12ths slope over the sun room). He also recommended going with a rubberized 3-tab vs. architectural shingle due to the low slop area, 64 inches of Ice-guard all around as well as Ice-guard over the entirety of the sun room. All this, and his price was still more than competitive.

Unfortunately the first installation did not go well. It was obvious to me that the crew had a bad day, and it showed in the shingles when I got home. I called Ryan that night, he asked for photos and an e-mail with the concerns, which was also provided the night of the installation. He met me at my home the next evening and stated that he had came by my house with an inspector that morning. He apologized up front and stated that the roof is not the quality he is willing to put his name on and that he will have a different crew out to pull it all off and put a new one on.

I want to let that sink in for a bit because I think it speaks volumes about the kind of company Nomad is. In construction, crews have off days. It's how the company/contractor handles these issues that truly says what kind of a company they are. Ryan was receptive to my concerns the night of the installation, came by the next day with an inspector, and met me that evening in person to not only say he would redo the roof, but also personally apologized. This is a company worth trusting.

The second roof was put on within a week and Ryan came by personally (on a Sunday no less) to re-inspect everything, do a few little adjustments, and make sure that I was happy with everything. Now my family has a beautiful new roof that should last for years to come. I highly recommend Nomad. I know by reading the reviews that the kind of issues I had with the first installation are a rarity, I'm more than pleased with how Nomad debt with it and will whole heartedly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Ryan from Nomad Roofing was one of three quotes that we received. We have a large bungalow home with a three car garage and required long lasting shingles, ridge cap, vents, etc. Ryan mentioned that our roof would last one more year but they could do it this year if we so desired. Ryan explained all options and gave us the opportunity to connect with him at any point during the installation process.
The crew went the extra mile and exceeded our exceptions, all issue's were dealt with on a professional level and we have to commend Ryan, Stan, Amy and all the Nomad shingling crew for their efforts.

After getting estimates from 3 large established companies, I had decided not to proceed with reroofing. They did not go up on the roof to do an estimate and did not discuss the estimate with me-just sent an email after a week. I had no idea what I was getting and didn't know what questions to ask! Ryan from Nomad made an appointment, took detailed pictures of the roof and yard, and then discussed what I did and did not need in detail, answering all my questions in person. Ray and his crew were great, completing the job in 2 days in a thorough and professional manner. They left my yard totally cleaned up - nails, pieces of shingles etc and did a good job of cleaning the eaves trough. The price was the same or lower than the other companies, but the personal service from everyone, including Amy in the office, gave me so much confidence in their workmanship. Would, and have, recommend Nomad Roofing to others.

While obtaining estimates for replacing my roof, I had a small leak in my porch during a rainstorm. I contacted Nomad roofing after reviewing the estimates. Ryan and Amy were wonderful when I contacted Nomad about the leak, They prioritized my roof and updated me daily - the reroofing was started within a week.
The roofing was completed by Russell, Erica, and company. Russell was excellent - he was conscientious, dependable and personable. His workmanship was excellent. After working long hours on a hot roof, his people cleaned each day before they left the worksite. When the work was completed, the project was inspected and approved by a Nomad employee who was not part of the roofing project.
