I had representatives from three companies give me an estimate for this job and, in all cases, they were knowledgeable and professional. However, it was the reviews on HomeStars that persuaded me to choose Reliance. Charlene, my sales rep, was outstanding from beginning to end - she not only had good product knowledge, but was my advocate from pricing to final installation. She either had answers to every question or immediately got the answers and stayed in touch with me until the job was completed. Aaron and Mike did the installation two days after I finalized the agreement and were very skilled and efficient. They arrived at 8:30 and were completely finished and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. This is my second major purchase recently for which I have used reviews from HomeStars to assist with my final decision and once again, I am very happy that I did.

After getting estimates from 3 large established companies, I had decided not to proceed with reroofing. They did not go up on the roof to do an estimate and did not discuss the estimate with me-just sent an email after a week. I had no idea what I was getting and didn't know what questions to ask! Ryan from Nomad made an appointment, took detailed pictures of the roof and yard, and then discussed what I did and did not need in detail, answering all my questions in person. Ray and his crew were great, completing the job in 2 days in a thorough and professional manner. They left my yard totally cleaned up - nails, pieces of shingles etc and did a good job of cleaning the eaves trough. The price was the same or lower than the other companies, but the personal service from everyone, including Amy in the office, gave me so much confidence in their workmanship. Would, and have, recommend Nomad Roofing to others.

Locked desk - no key. Called for estimate. Told 125$ service call fee plus "cost of new keys". David came on time. Less than 5 minutes to pick lock and remove lock. (Charged another 125$). Ten minutes to cut keys and reinstall lock.(Charged another 125$) plus added 5% "shop supplies" and tax. Over 400$ with no warning! He should have told me before starting job. A business has the right to choose their fees, but should inform customer upfront, especially when they are so misleading and unreasonable.
