Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

Imran fixed my 20 year old gas fireplace in which he saved me thousands of dollars. I needed it fixed fast since I was selling my house the week later. Thanks Imran, the house sold and every person who came to visit the house turned on the fireplace!!!

This is the second time that I have called Imran for service. This time it was for a fireplace that wouldn't start up at an investment property I own. Imran is as great as these reviews suggest. I should have called him 3 months ago. When we turned our gas fireplace on this winter, the pilot light went out an hour later. We couldn't get the fireplace to turn back on. I haven't tried since. The fireplace is 6 years old and has never been serviced so thought I should get someone in to take a look at it. Finally I called Imran (who I found on Homestars). The fireplace turned on immediately for him and I felt stupid for calling him. He thinks a gust of wind must have blown out the pilot light. BUT, he did not make me feel stupid. I got a great lesson on how our fireplace works. He also pointed out some installation issues whereby we are going to have problems in the future if/when the unit needs replacing. Great, informative service call! I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

Second time in three years we've used Imran and both occasions have been excellent experiences. He explained several options to repair our old unit including the cost to replace. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or to recommend; too often companies that both service AND sell prefer to replace only. Imran only services and what a great job he does!

In a world where it seems sometimes impossible to find an honest, hard working, above and beyond craftsman, I am happy to report that Imran is just that person. Without fail he has done timely, honest work for me on my fireplaces. He comes so quickly although I know he has many loyal customers he makes me feel like I'm his only client. I'm sure we all feel that way. I would recommend him always, whole heartedly and am grateful to know him.
