Called because pilot light was out. Great customer service and scheduling. Imran came next morning - and we found that the previous contractor had installed things incorrectly, lost parts and left the fireplace very dirty. Imran did thorough cleaning, replaced lost parts and made the fireplace better than new (it's over 20 years old). He even added some "ash" pieces to make the fire look more natural. Imran gave us advice about how to better use the fireplace to reduce heating bills. Excellent work, a delight to have his help.

My gas fireplace started randomly shutting off this winter. The fireplace is about 25 years old and it has never been serviced or properly cleaned. I found Imran on Homestars. The reviewed were excellent so I contacted him. He quickly determined what the problem was, and since the fireplace was so old, I was concerned about replacement parts. But he had the necessary parts in his truck. He took everything apart, cleaned everything and fixed the problem. He said the fireplace was very good quality, so I'm glad it was fixable. We have had our fireplace "repaired" over 5 times in the past and it has never worked properly until Imran came to my house. He repaired my fireplace and cleaned it unlike anyone before him had. I called Imran a few weeks ago as I am selling my house and my fireplace has not worked for more than 10 years. Imran is a very busy man but he cleared his schedule to come to my house on a Sunday to fix my fireplace.
Imran is a very nice guy who is honest and passionate about his craft. He set to work completely dismantling and cleaning every inch of my fireplace. A gas line that was blocked with rust was the cause of my fireplace not working. Imran unblocked the gas line vacuumed and polished every part of my fireplace before reassembling a making it look better than new. Imran even spent the time to arrange the ashes in the fireplace to give it a beautiful glow once lit.
I will be recommending Imran to all of my future customers that are in need of a new gas fireplace or servicing of their existing fireplace.

We have a sixteen year old Regency fireplace originally installed by Enbridge Home Services and serviced annually thereafter, via maintenance agreements, by its successor companies. We had never been impressed with the flames or the fact that it tended to cut out intermittently (a switch problem we were told). At the start of winter last year the fire would not come on and it was deemed to require a valve replacement - a major repair.

After Imran’s complete overhaul and painstaking attention to aesthetics as well as mechanics, the fireplace actually looks and operates much better than it did when first installed.
