I had Imran come clean and maintain my old stoves at other residence, he was leaps and bounds better than anyone else I had out before. Just had him come to my new home and fix up a couple gas fireplaces and he did an amazing job. They are 10 years old and look brand new. A true professional and highly recommended.

Our 25-30 year old gas fireplace was working but we needed to literally shake around a wire to get it to turn on. We decided it was time to get it fixed properly. After reading reviews it became abundantly clear Irman was the best person for the job. Imran arrived on time. He was very professional and thorough. He is an honest and sincere man. Also very experienced and talented. He clearly explained the situation and related cost to repair. Further, he explained the costs and related pros/cons associated with the purchase of a new unit. I decided on the repair. He spent over 2 hours cleaning the unit and repairing the sensor and a few other issues. He also included some glass bits to "modernize" the unit a bit. Overall, the job took the better part of 3 hours and I am happy to say that the fireplace now works perfectly. The glass addition is fantastic and we no longer need to shake around a wire to turn it on. Imran worked hard. Thank you again. I trust you entirely with fireplaces. Well worth the cost.

Imran was recommended to me and i couldn't be more satisfied with the service. He was on time, reasonable priced, wonderfully knowledgeable, and amazing at what he does.

Our 20 year old fireplace stopped working this year. We originally had another company try to restore and repair it. They were unable to get it working again and told us we'd need to buy a brand new fireplace. We decided to get a second option and were very pleased that Imran was able to repair the fireplace for a fraction of the cost of a new one. He even made it better than ever by putting in better parts that allow us to control the fire on low, med, high settings. We found Imran to be professional, on time and kept everything tidy. My only regret was not calling him first, which would have saved me some frustration and time. I highly recommend Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs.

Imran arrived for our appointment as scheduled and was fully prepared to complete his work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the options for repair vs. replacement. With his assurance that our unit, although an older model, was a well made insert we decided on repair. Imran thoroughly cleaned it and made the repairs in a timely manner and all of this work was completed at a fair price. He also educated us on the dangers of having someone who is not specifically trained on fireplaces repair (furnace/hvac) because they can leave the unit in a condition that could be life threatening - for example bypassing the safety that shuts the unit off when carbon monoxide is building up due to a blockage of the chimney.
I would give him a 15 out of 10 if possible! Thank you Imran

Imran visited our house earlier than projected and took care of us from A to Z. He got our fireplace working. He cleaned the fireplace and he even gave us a crash-course about our unit. Imran was professional, courteous and he put his heart into his work. When he visited our home we felt that our property was respected. He laid a cover over our floor and the work site was left clean :)

We called because I was having trouble getting our gas fireplace to start. They asked us a few questions and then said they did not want to charge us for a service call if it was something I might be able to address myself. They told me what to try and it worked. Any other company would have been over collecting the service call fee. Highly recommend. We'll be using them for all of our fireplace maintenance help from now on.

Incredible. Amazing. Sincere. Genuine. Honest. I'm pretty sure if you look those terms up in the dictionary there will be a picture of Imran! As I sit next to my toasty warm fireplaces, I am very remiss that I didn't get my review sent in more promptly. My apologies to Imran and his lovely wife but more importantly to his future clients. Look no further! This is the guy! He is worth the wait if there is one! I may be late turning in my review, but I have given out all of the cards he left me. Word of mouth is very powerful. Trust me when I say you will never call anyone else! We were having issues with a couple of fireplaces and had called in another contractor. He said my fireplace was impossible to fix and your going to have to replace it. Yikes! My great room was built around this beautiful fireplace. I was crushed. He gave me Imran's number and said he might be able to help. Imran came at our scheduled appointment and was very honest in his opinion. It was a very difficult repair (long story) but he said leave it with me. I'll do my very best. Call me in a couple weeks. Upon his return, he was able to repair our fireplace along with two other ones, plus checked on another one! I cannot thank him enough for his services, but also for his kindness. After 2 years of struggling with our fireplace (it is 10 years old and had never been serviced), based on the excellent reviews that I read regarding Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs, we put in a service request last Sunday. Imran responded the next day and set-up an appointment for today (Saturday) between 8:30 - 9:00 AM (which was the first date that fit my schedule). Showing up on-time (that in itself was a good indication of the type of company I was dealing with), Imram introduced himself and immediately set about his work. What a pleasure to watch Imran, clearly he knows his job very well. He took the time to walk me throught what he was going to do and that he would get our tired fireplace up and running. After 45 minutes, he called me over to flip the switch on and the fireplace immediately started-up and was to me, performing better than I can ever remember. He then "spruced" up the look of the flame and arranged the logs to what we both though look appealing and I can only say it did look professional. In fact.......better than professional........it looked awesome! What a pleasure to have Imran do this work for us.......to the point I told him I want to see him every year for a service and "spruce up" if required.
