Mr. Furnace

I was very impressed with the employees of Mr Furnace from the sales rep to the installers. They were very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. The installers were very consciencious about their work, layed down carpet and cleaned up. They went above our expectations to make certain everything was installed correctly to keep our family safe. They were friendly and courteous.
I have recommended Mr Furnace to friends of ours.

The furnace was 16 years old & A/C was 14 years old. When Mr Furnace service rep found a seal leaking in the furnace he had to put a red tag on it. So we had a new furnace & A/C installed by Mr Furnace. Ryan & Jay the two installers did a great job. They are very good at what they do. The house & yard was cleaned up like they had not been there. We have always been very happy with the service at Mr Furnace. Keep up the good work.

I had mr furnace install a new furnace and air conditioner as well as had them clean my duct work. Ryan, jay and Kenny were very polite and did a great job. I had other company quotes which were a bit cheaper, however they weren't giving me the proper size units I needed for my house. Mr furnace came to my house and measured all my windows and room sizes to determine which size units I needed whereas the other companies didn't feel the need to do this. I will definitely refer people to mr furnace.

My hotter tank was discovered to be leaking during an annual checkup of my furnace and AC. Almost relieved to be rid of the company I was renting from, I still went through the cost comparisons before deciding that Mr Furnace would be the most beneficial choice. The new unit was delivered and installed the next day - including removal and disposal of defective tank.
All Mr Furnace personnel were friendly, polite, careful/clean and discussed all aspects of buying vs renting in a forthright manner without being pushy salespersons.
I was happy with last year's installation and very pleased that I had chosen the same company for this piece of equipment.

My air conditioner broke down and the furnace motor was only working intermittently so Mr. Furnance came to help me. I needed a new A/C & furnace. Randy came on Monday and explained the products he would recommend. He was very personable, helpful, thoughtful and so kind and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable making my decision. Tuesday morning Ryan and C.J. arrived early to do the install. They were extremely capable and s0 personable. My whole experience was absolutely amazing. I give these people and the company my highest recommendation.

Tom and Matt arrived, as promised, the day after we placed our order, to install our new furnace and air conditioner. They were courteous, friendly, took the time to explain what they were doing and went out of their way to keep the work site neat and tidy. We were amazed and impressed that they completed the job in one day without unduly disrupting our daily routine. Well done, Mr Furnace!

Kenny attended our home to check the cleanliness and functioning of our A/C and furnace. He was polite, informative, efficient and professional. He informed me of the general nature of his work and answered any specific questions I posed to him before I left part way through his visit. Upon completion of his work, he settled the acccount with my spouse and departed. Everything was accomplished to our satisfaction in a reasonable span of time. Kenny is an asset to Mr. Furnace.

We had a great experience from beginning to end and are so glad we called Mr. Furnace to look after our needs. Ryan, CJ and Lino were all very professional, friendly and hard working. Ryan communicated the steps they were taking to complete the job and all three were very knowledgeable in their work. It was a big job because of the way our old system had been set up, and they never showed any frustration or doubt that it would be done correctly. Brian was also great when he came out to talk to us about our needs and options when our AC broke in the middle of the heatwave. I would highly recommend Mr. Furnace to anyone. CJ and Kenny installed our air conditioner. Both young men were very personable and hard workers. The heat in our home was extreme and they worked without complaint. We really appreciated the same day service. Randy explained all the options and helped us choose the best unit. I would recommend Mr. furnace to anyone interested in purchasing an air conditioning unit. Thank you.

Rick came out to clean and check my furnace and install a new filter from the time he came in the door until the time he left, he was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the just right plan to me and said I don't have to worry about a thing. We will contact you in the soring to check the AC unit and again in the fall to check the furnace. Thank goodness for Randy's jingle over the years that when I needed a furnace and AC that jingle popped in my head. I encourage anyone to call Mr furnace today ??
