Rick came out to clean and check my furnace and install a new filter from the time he came in the door until the time he left, he was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the just right plan to me and said I don't have to worry about a thing. We will contact you in the soring to check the AC unit and again in the fall to check the furnace. Thank goodness for Randy's jingle over the years that when I needed a furnace and AC that jingle popped in my head. I encourage anyone to call Mr furnace today ??

We called Mr furnace for a new heating and cooling system as ours was breaking down. From the friendly voice in the office to our awesome sales rep Scott H who explained everything in detail. He made me feel so knowledgeable that I was thoroughly informed with my decision to proceed. I was getting great value, exceptional service as my ac and furnace were delivered and installed the very next day!! Fantastic install team of Tom and Matt. I am do pleased I didn't go with the other guy who quoted me over the phone. The warranties are fantastic and the service and all work preformed were quality. I thank the great team for exceptional workmanship.

Tom and Matt did my install and from the time they rolled the red carpet out (to protect floors) to the time they were done it was the best service I have ever received. They were very neat and courteous and did a fantastic job. The whole process from calling for the first appointment to our salesperson Scott who was fantastic and taught us a lot of what we needed, to the end project, the prompt service was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The fabulous warranties I could go on and on...I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Thank you we are extremely satisfied.
