My hotter tank was discovered to be leaking during an annual checkup of my furnace and AC. Almost relieved to be rid of the company I was renting from, I still went through the cost comparisons before deciding that Mr Furnace would be the most beneficial choice. The new unit was delivered and installed the next day - including removal and disposal of defective tank. All Mr Furnace personnel were friendly, polite, careful/clean and discussed all aspects of buying vs renting in a forthright manner without being pushy salespersons. I was happy with last year's installation and very pleased that I had chosen the same company for this piece of equipment.
