Mr. Furnace

First we got an assessment from Brian the sale representative he explained everything in detail which was helpful, a few days later Ryan and Mike were here to install the furnace. Ryan and Mike's work was impecabble., they were very professional in every way . Then I had a question and Donna was very helpful at clearing up the issue.

Mr. Holt came in to do the annual furnace check-up. He was polite and courteous and wore his shoe protectors. He did the tune-up on the furnace and then informed us that everything was good....but that the collector box seal was going and that he would order the part and have it in a week or so. He informed us that it was covered under our plan. We are happy with his work.

Kenny Holt did a great job replacing my (inexplicably) broken condensate pump and doing some long overdue general maintenance. He also handled all the paperwork signing me onto the Just Right Maintenance Plan with aplomb.

Regular maintenance check indicated that a furnace problem had developed because of an old inefficient A/C unit.

Randy explained our options, repair the furnace and replace the A/C or install both new furnace and A/C unit.

Ryan and Mike came in the following day and installed both units nice and neat. After explaining operational instructions they left our home in a very tidy condition.

Kenny did the inspection 02/11/2016. He was polite, knowledgeable, candid and affable. You have to keep him on staff. He is worth your entire advertising budget. And this a week ahead of the scheduled visit due to a cancellation. Well done.

Kenny Holt came to our home to do the seasonal maintenance, to clean and check the functioning of our furnace. He is polite, informative, efficient and professional. He is informative of his work and answered any questions we had. Everything was done to our full satisfaction quickly, and he arrived here as scheduled. Kenny is did a great job and we truly enjoy his British accent.

I was dealing with Chris from Mr Furnace to pick the right replacement for a furnace. It was unsafe for use upon taking possession of my new home, and we've been without heat as the fall season has been moving into winter.

He was timely and responsive to all my requests and concerns, and accommodating with late changes I wish to proceed with for my install. While other providers gave quotes, none spend the time or effort to make sure I understood all aspects to make an inform decision.

The installers, Ryan & Jay, came and had the furnace in a half day or us. More importantly, they spots additional issues from the old ac system that would of been harmful for us and were able to help us resolve it until we decided what to do for AC in spring. They were polite, diligent, and thorough.

There was a default with our central heating and we had no heating . Mr Furnace was contacted to assess the problem and to repair or replace any faults. The waiting time period was satisfactory and work conducted by Claude was exceptional.
He reflected good personal and work skills. The service provided met our expectation. Mannerism is quite important in a stressful situation which he had and with this value we felt reassured. Overall, the outcome was outstanding.
