We were installing a bathroom that needed to be underpinned for height. And installed a beam and post to clear an area for the kitchen. We also dug up and installed all new drains for the house and changed the water service to the city to 3/4". (Braga did the outside work, including digging down to the city supply.) When Braga's team we there they we working the entire time except for scheduled breaks. No one standing around including Tony. They were fast and did excellent work. And as soon as the inspector approved each phase Tony's team was back to finish the next phase! I wish all contractors worked like this. Reliable, reasonably priced and fast.

My wife and I were introduced to Antony Braga through a friend, who
had their basement renovated a few years previous. From November to
December 2011 Antony and his team lowered and underpinned our basement floor and replaced an old section of wall with concrete. It was not an easy or straightforward job given the age and condition of our basement.

For the majority of the job, his team would be at our house from
7am-5pm for 6 days a week. They were very hard working, polite and
professional and made quick progress. Our basement is now fully lowered and has a very smooth concrete floor. Antony and his team finished the job within our time-frame and within budget. We were very pleased with his work and have no hesitation recommending Antony to others.

Tony and his crew constructed a perimeter concrete sill and rear addition block wall and slab with foundation for our second storey addition.
The work was very well done and Tony is a pleasure to work with.

I was referred to Braga contracting by my architect. Tony was very quick to visit my home to provide an estimate and even with his busy schedule got my job done within a satisfactory timeline. The job consisted of the demolition of a few interior walls, one of which was load bearing, and replacing it with a fourteen foot beam. This also necessitated reinforced footings in the basement. Throughout the job Tony showed extreme attention to detail and was always concerned with how the final result would look. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and I cannot say that I had any problems. Tony was even flexible enough to complete a couple other items outside the scope of the original agreement. I would recommend Tony and his crew to anyone.

We hired Tony to do the foundation work for a rear addition. Tony and his crew were professional, reliable, courteous, hard working and did excellent work. We found Tony to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful - even going beyond what was expected. We would recommend Tony to anyone and would definitely use him again for future jobs.

Tony came recomended by the Architect and engineer I used for the permit and followed the engineering drawings to relocate 2 load bearing columns to open up an area in the basement, Tony prepared the area by digging new holes in the concrete floor, filling the holes with new concrete and footings,, installing new columns, and removing the existing columns. The work performed passed inspection for the permit and was done in a short period of time over several visits even though Tony was exremely busy and came out of his usual working area to work on the project. I appreciate Tony making the exception to complete my project as I was having problems finding a contractor that was willing or able to complete the work without excuses. If you need any structural concrete work done in a timely and professional fashion call Tony and you wont be disappointed.

Braga Contracting was hired to complete underpinning and the constructing of external concrete basement stairs in a 100 year old house in Seaton Village.

Tony and his hard working crew did a fantastic job, on tie, on schedule, and within budget. Braga Contracting had the best price, but best of all, the quality was outstanding.

We were very pleased with Tony and his crew and would have no hesitation in re-hiring his company or recommending his company to anyone else for any of the services in which he provides.

Tony lowered our basement floor by about 2.5 feet and built a new 20x20 foundation addition on the back of our 100 year old house. The work involved demolition of an existing addition, multiple new steel columns to support existing beams, new drains and waterproofing. In the middle of the project we asked him to remove a large section of an existing field stone foundation wall to accommodate an open concept plan. He worked with the inspector and made the change quickly, at a very reasonable rate.

Tony's team was reliable, fast and efficient. We have a mutual driveway, and our neighbours commented that his team was very conscientious and respectful. An independent foundation engineer tells me the work is very well done. I am recommending Tony to others in my neighbourhood.

Tony and his Crew are the best in the buisnes it dosen't happen very often city inspector pass compliments for Contractors put Tony and his Crew get them all the time. Tony has done many Jobs for my Clients over the Years and just finished work on my House.

They did a great job. On time, clean site and very professional. No surprises either. I was introduced to Tony by my general contractor and while very busy he was very responsive. Never ducks a call and let's you know how things are progressing. I have had them back for three other projects and have never been disappointed.
