I use Shawn for all of my home inspections as he really understands home construction and all the potential problems (he is an engineer) and he is very thorough and detailed. The most important thing as a realtor is that he is professional and empathetic and can deliver potential bad news to clients in an compassionate way.

We were installing a bathroom that needed to be underpinned for height. And installed a beam and post to clear an area for the kitchen. We also dug up and installed all new drains for the house and changed the water service to the city to 3/4". (Braga did the outside work, including digging down to the city supply.) When Braga's team we there they we working the entire time except for scheduled breaks. No one standing around including Tony. They were fast and did excellent work. And as soon as the inspector approved each phase Tony's team was back to finish the next phase! I wish all contractors worked like this. Reliable, reasonably priced and fast.

We bought a house with the intention of renovating (it was not really in livable shape), and as I was looking for contracts I thankfully found Reiner the Reno-Coach and called him first. Initially he helped us with the scope of the project (we did not know any of the rules or what was possible, expensive or inexpensive), and he helped us get drawings and permits which at that point saved more than triple what we will ever pay him. Then he helped us find a contractor, and we got some bids initially before, then after demolition, because many things change after demolition. He helped us select a contractor and we are now mid construction and he keeps being absolutely invaluable making sure the project is going as planned, the work is being done properly and that any unforeseen changes and costs are fair. We used Firemen movers to move our 2 bedroom appartment to a smaller one bedroom and put items in storage. We chose them because they seemed trustworthy and less expensive than some of the name brand movers. Our feedback is: The movers showed up on time, actually a bit early! They were a nice bunch of guys, superfriendly They worked hard, they had to lift some heavy stuff down three flights of stairs. (I honestly don't think I could do it and get out of bed the next day.) They took stuff appart and put it back together (mainly our BBQ) They seemed very trustworthy, and actually we left them to pack the storage on their own. All in all they made a potentially very stressfull endeavor actually enjoyable!
