Aquamaster Drain, Plumbing & Waterproofing

Fredor and Aquamaster was recommended to me from my uncle, where Aquamaster had completed waterproofing in his house 5 years ago. I called and Fredor was very prompt and courteous on the phone. His work crew was also very quick to come to the site to check and give a quote as well as coming later the following monday to finish the job in one day which was ideal as a heavy rainstorm came about the next day. He guarantees his job as well as providing free service to come back 3 months later to relevel newly packed in soil around the job site. I appreciate most the prompt email and phone service Fredor did with us so we were able to quickly get a response for all our concerns. Sometimes it gets a bit fustrating dealing with different contractors when you can't ever get a hold of them so this was a definite plus.

We are extremely happy with Fedor and his crew as we had a quite a big mess at our hand with a 100 year old fixer upper. Fedor was patient from the get go, provided us with expert advise and let us make our own decisions based on our budget. Fedor and his were also instrumental in pinpointing a defective installation that another plumbing company had recently completed and in doing so we were able to call them back and correct their defective installation. Fedor was always accessible and quick to respond throughout the entire project and his team worked very well in a small basement with other contractors (electricians, etc). They did a phenomenal job and we are happy customers. Two thumbs up!!

I had water entering my basement at the hydro one electrical panel area whenever it was raining. AquaMaster fixed the issue. Actually, there were heavy rains last week but my basement stayed dried.
They took time to come and check the problem, to explain the steps it will take to fix the issue. The price was reasonable.

We called Fedore from Aquamaster in Mississauga to get information about installing a backwater valve. Fedore called us back right away and met with us right away. He got all the required permits and the work was done on time and as promised. We have used Fedore for a couple years now for all our plumbing. He is always professional and delivers as promised with no surprises.
