We will only call Rob and Galaxy Plumbing going forward. This was a challenging job that required working outside in cold December on a ladder approximately 20 feet off the ground in our blocked balcony. The blockage had several feet of water which had penetrated the floor and was seeping down our home front door and damaging the stonework. It was an emergency. Before Rob several other plumbing companies told us they wouldn't work on ladders or even outside for that matter. But not Rob, right from the first phone call Rob offered us advise to give us a shot at unblocking it ourselves. When that didn't work, Rob came out right away. He carried his equipment up and down the ladder which was challenging task, climbed into the balcony and got to work. He went above and beyond what another plumber would do for a customer and remained positive and smiled the entire time. We were blown away by his relentlessness and willingness to help. He gave us the kind of service most people only give their own personal homes. Once the blockage was cleared, he provided helpful information about our home and offered tips to avoid future problems. We highly recommend Rob if you are looking for that guy that will go above and beyond and treat your home like his own. He is the only plumber we will ever use going forward and recommend. We hired Mr. Roof Repair to come out and give us an assessment on our roof as we had our singles blown off several times over winter despite having a fairly new house and roof. They provided us with a detailed report rating different areas of our roof. They also rated the repairs and prioritized maintenace. We were surprised we had so many difficiencies even though our roof was less than 10 years old. The report detailed how to address each issue and the cost. It will cost approximately 3k to bring it up to standard but save us from much bigger issues in the future. We feel this cost was well earned based on the information they provided and the additional time they spent answering our questions.

Two gentlemen arrived on time as promised. They explained what they were going to do. Care was taken with our furniture and walls. They were diligent and even found a return vent I did not even know I had. They pointed out a few issues and even suggested I reposition my dryer to better position the dryer vent. The dry time is now much improved. I have noticed a significant reduction in dust in my home which has benefited the dust sufferers in my home.

We called Fedore from Aquamaster in Mississauga to get information about installing a backwater valve. Fedore called us back right away and met with us right away. He got all the required permits and the work was done on time and as promised. We have used Fedore for a couple years now for all our plumbing. He is always professional and delivers as promised with no surprises.
