The installer they hired to install our blinds was also extremely polite and meticulous in his installation, he was patient with what we wanted and he was able to come again when there was issues with one of the blinds which we wanted fixed by hunter douglas. Overall we were happy with the experience with both the owner of Kingsway and the installer they hired. We were initially a bit leery the first time we were at Kingsway due to the experience with one of their floor sales people but we think it may have been the inexperience on the part of the sale person with regards to the hunter douglas product line or he may have been concerned about scaring us away from the huge price tag on the hunter douglas blinds however we were very happy the 2nd time we were there due to the fortunate chance of dealing directly with Maria the owner. She knew right away what we were looking for and what we were concerned with in terms of how the blinds would match our taste and what we were seeking for each room of our house. Overall we feel the price at Kingsway was very reasonable and the installation was done to our satisfaction. We have had other friends go get quotes with other stores and the price comparison was extremely competitive on the part of Kingsway, they were very fair in their quote. We even had another friend who was very happy to deal with Maria when she came to the store a month after upon our recommendation.

My wife and I were very happy with the 2 new doors and new upgraded locks for our garage and side door. Joe and Amy were very responsive and polite throughout the whole process. Our alarm guy also commented on how good the new door was done with the upgraded lock system and the strike plates on the jamb of the door. We feel that Joe was very meticulous with his work and he was consistently polite to us when he was at our house to do the installation on both days.

Initially I was hesitant t0 hire Marc to do a quick repair job last year for my tenant's bathroom sink due to the lower rating on homestar but after getting the referral from my friend to use Marc as well as the fact that he was the only one that was very prompt in his replies for the job request, I decided to go ahead and use Marc. I was actually very surprised how accommodating he was with my request to meeting at specific hours due to my busy work schedule. He was very responsive by text instantaneously on what I needed him to do, where to meet up and at what time of the night to come to the job location. He actually showed up 30 minutes early and waited at the nearby starbucks for me and when I met up with him, he was already prepared with all the parts that I needed him to get for the job. He did the repair job on both bathrooms for my tenant and only charged me his flat 2 hour labor cost and only the cost of the parts with receipts to show for it. The parts he got were inexpensive and he did not charge me an arm or a leg for that. This review is a bit long but I was actually very surprised how honest he was and just the whole experience of getting him to come out for the small job. I had previously contacted other plumbers who were not interested in such a small repair job so my experience with Marc was very good from the whole thing. I hope my review will offset some of the bad reviews I saw which I believe were unwarranted. I have hired handyman services before and I know when other contractors will overcharge for simple jobs. Marc was extremely fair and honest in my opinion. My tenants were also extremely happy with the job done as well.

Serge and his team did a great job installing our sprinkler system, my wife and I were happy with the results. The price was very reasonable. We were also happy for the installation of the Rachio unit they did for us.

We were extremely satisfied with the job Dimitar did for us for the replacement and installation of new keyless keypad locks plus a new deadbolt in the side door. We were having issues trying to do this on our own due to the way the panel placements were on the front door but Dimitar was able to find a workable solution without messing up the aesthetics of the doors. In any case I am sure these reviews sound the same but we were definitely happy with the way it all turned out as well as his prompt responses constantly through email and phone calls. The lock issues are now one less thing to worry about after moving in.
