Fantastic, professional service at a very competitive rate! Fedor was a pleasure to deal with - Very knowledgeable and honest. My boarded up sub-grade window was parged and the surrounding area was properly graded - So far no more water in basement! Quote was accurate and efficient, and the work was completed issue free and without me having to be there. Fedor even did a courtesy inspection of my sewer line. Working with Fedor and other staff at Aquamaster was great. All communications (e.g. education, providing a quote, answering questions), and service delivery were carried out in a professional, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, high quality and timely way. While renovating our basement, we noticed a few cracks in the exterior walls and water seeping in. We hired a contractor who injected high pressure epoxy into the cracks to repair them from the inside. However, at the end of it all we still had damp sections of wall. It became apparent that trying to repair the problem from the inside was futile. The real solution was to waterproof the walls on the outside. This meant excavating down to the footings around the entire house. A large and costly undertaking to say the least. For this reason, we wanted to make sure we hired the right contractor for the job.
We met with several contractors before selecting Aquamaster. We were very impressed with Fedor’s knowledge and professionalism. He explained the scope of work required to complete the project, discussed the pros and cons of different materials that could be used, developed a plan and a timeline to complete the project and provided us with a written estimate. Fedor wasn’t just the guy who came to give us an estimate. He was very hands on throughout the whole process.
Aquamaster arrived with their crew to start the job on the date and time as promised. The crew were employees of Aquamaster and not a subcontractor. They were friendly, hardworking and competent. They took care to protect the work areas as well as the areas surrounding the excavation site. As the work progressed, Fedor kept in touch on a regular basis providing us with updates and reviewing the site to ensure that the job was completed properly.
As with any construction project, there were some challenges; poor weather, poor soil conditions, very limited access and constricted work spaces to name a few. It is how the contractor deals with these challenges that matters. Fedor and the Aquamaster crew completed the project on time in spite of the challenges. They did a superb job on the water proofing as well as the cleanup of the worksite and surrounding areas.
We are very pleased with the work the Aquamaster team did and highly recommend them to any homeowner. Thank you Aquamaster and Fedor for a job well done!!!

Aquamaster did 2 jobs for us to stop a wet basement. They installed interior and exterior weeping tiles. Fedor is very professional and friendly. He explains everything in detail and is always available if questions arise at any moment before, during, and after the job is complete. His crew is friendly and professional too. They have a great attitude towards addressing any details you may have, and always say "yes, no problem, we can do that".
Most importantly, Fedor is a honest person, which I think is the most important aspect in this industry. He will propose options and let you decide rather than pushing for the most expensive option and/or overselling something that you may not need.
The job was very well done and it has warranty. Fedor will fix anything that is within the scope of his work and that you are not happy about.

Poor construction on clean out pipe from previous contractor requires the entire pipe to be reinstalled. Fedora came over and did a quick camera inspection and identified the problem quickly.

Replacement process was rocky due to insufficient slope on the entire pipe. But they were professional and did not covered the problem and offered solutions and suggestions. Turned out better than expected and found sufficient slope soon. Overall happy with the work and would definitely recommend to others.

I had used a couple of so called experts over a period of five years. I was worried that the sump pump which drew over 200L of water in the middle of winter was not going to survive. Using Homestars was the best decision I could have made as they put me in touch with Fedor. I called several companies all listed under waterproofing. Some were too busy and only got back to me after two weeks, others came and gave me a quote and were quite impressive but Fedor had the confidence and quiet reassurance that sold me from the first meeting.
He visited my house two days after my initial call. After finding the storm drain which I didn't know I had he wasn't able to give me an exact quote but the ballpark ended up being the final amount. No payment until I am satisfied. Wow! who does that anymore.
We had several surprises along the way as the storm drain took a 45 degree turn and went right under my driveway. So my front yard was the talk of the neigbourhood and still is because Fedor and his excellent crew not only did they landscape my yard but they carefully placed some huge boulders that they had dug up in the process. I know it will be a while before I can pave my driveway but I must say the gravel grows on you.
The work ethic of fedor's crew was excellent even during the hot and humid days of May they kept going and completed the task ahead of schedule.

Hello, I am very satisfied with work of aqua master crew and would like to share it with you. I called the company on advice of my friend Peter. Water penetrated into the basement and concrete was constantly wet and all the carpets I had to throw out. Fedor came to estimate this issue. After explaining to me what could be the main сause of this, I decided to act. The Aqua Master crew arrived on time. Guys were very polite and I was surprised how organized they approach to work. It turned out that water gets into the basement through a hole in the wall and in addition my current weeping tile was completely clogged.This issue was fixed. I am very meticulous person, so I can say that work is done professionally super. After work everething was cleaned as if nothing happened. I am very satisfied with the work of Aqua Master))))))

After heavy rains our one side of the house started to leak. At that time Aquamaster was working in our neighbourhood, we called Fedor and he gave us the estimate and explained step by step the project. We didnt hesitate and started the project. The work was done in time and very clean.
