In the spring we were looking to replace the old, chipped and squeaky strip flooring in the house. Reached out to a few companies but after meeting with Andrei we liked his detail-oriented approach best. We hired the company to do a glue-down installation of an additional plywood sub-floor, refinishing of the steps and railings and installation of the new solid hard wood floor. The work started on time and in a very organised manner. It was a considerable amount of work and the project was completed within less than two weeks. Considering the high degree of variation in colour and size of the boards, the installers did an excellent job of laying out the floor by working with 4 to 5 boxes of flooring at a time, that made all the difference in the final product! Andrei made every effort to make sure we were pleased with the work. Few months after the installation the work is holding up well, and the floor feels much more sturdy and quiet with the additional sub floor. Would gladly recommend.

I recently moved into a condo townhouse where the previous owners hadn't taken care of the laminate on the main floor or upstairs. Additionally, the stairs were covered in a white carpet that was, honestly, just a disaster. Andrei and his team were heroes through and through, and now the work is done, I couldn't be more satisfied! Andrei and his team were SUPER helpful throughout the whole project, even accommodating a change I wanted (new pickets and bannister for the stairs) without adding time or significant cost to the project. I had moved in, so the team was working around my existing furniture (moving it around and planning the installs room by room as new furniture got delivered) AND the fact I was working from home (a job with a lot of meetings and phone calls).

Everyone was super professional, and Andrei was always available to answer questions. The floors and stairs look stunning, and I really couldn't be happier at all.

Andre and his team are hands down the best flooring company to work with. They were very professional, friendly, and hard-working. We got several quotes from all over and Tip Top Flooring's prices were way better, in some cases by 50%. The cheaper quote did not impact the quality of work though. They did an exceptional job. They even went as far as rewoking their schedule to squeeze us in because we were moving and they wanted us to be able to have a smooth move to our new home instead of needing to adjust our move-in date. As if all that wasn't enough, they put in long hours to get the job finished to fit our move-in schedule. It has been 1.5 years since they refinished our hardwood floors, and even with kids and dogs, they have held up beautifully. We were beyond impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Andrei is really knowledgeable about flooring and when he cames to visit us, he provided recommendations on the design to make our space wider and options for us to decide.

We have installed a new engineered hardwood floor and renovate an existing floor upstairs.
Both are well done and Andrei is detailed oriented and he makes sure everything is polished before leaving.

We had a very short time line and Tiptop floor did they renovation in time as promised. As I was working I didn’t need to be there checking the work in progress, Andrei was providing picture,FaceTime and clear communication at each step of the process’s.

Andrei and his crew are hardworking, reliable, and very skilled, Tiptop flooring delivered excellent quality workmanship both times we have used them.
We used Tiptop for all three floors of a 110-year-old Victorian house. The first floor was hardwood oak the second and third floors wide plank engineered wood .
