Andrei and his team were the best! I mean, the floor was obviously great. But, a lot of people can put floors in. That's baseline expectations. The tip top flooring guys went beyond.

They were just super nice and easy to work with. I never felt stressed out even though we stayed in the house while they did the floors and we all moved furniture around to accommodate it. I thought I was going to absolutely hate this process and was really stressed about it but it ended up being really easy.

If I ever need floors again, I would absolutely call them.

Andrei and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our floors on the main and second floor while breathing new life into our home's overall appearance. They were professional, efficient and friendly. They showed us several different stains that would look nice on our floor and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Andrei and the team care a lot about their work and it shows!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Andrei and his team. From the first communication, Andrei was very responsive, professional and friendly. He really took time to discuss all the details with us which is rare when doing renovations, as so many trades just seem to want to get in and out and move on to other jobs. We had two floors of solid hardwood maple installed as well as our stairs sanded and stained. The results are gorgeous! Tip Top was excellent - Andrei was able to fit us in on short notice and worked extra hours to complete the project by the end of the week. His quote was accurate and very reasonable, and the job was top-notch. He sanded and stained hardwood to lighten and brighten it - our place feels so much bigger!

We are so happy that we hired Andrei and his team at Tip Top Flooring to repair the badly damaged parquet in our new home—we cannot recommend them highly enough. We loved the look of the parquet and so we were very disappointed when we took possession of our home and realized just how badly the floors were damaged: not only was there damage to the surface from water and other wear and tear, but the parquet was loose, which would require painstaking, piece-by-piece work to repair. The damage was bad enough that we seriously considered replacing the floors altogether, despite loving the look of the parquet. However, after Andrei assessed the floors and explained what he could do to salvage the parquet, we chose to take a risk on trying to repair the floors instead of tearing them up. After Andrei and his team finished the job, the parquet looked brand new! We were also very impressed with Andrei's ability to accurately quote the cost of repairing and refinishing our difficult floors. Additionally, Andrei and his team replaced our baseboards and, unsurprisingly, did an amazing job. The moulding is now blended seamlessly with preexisting elements of our home, making the whole look so much greater than the sum of its parts. We are very happy with our refinished hardwood parquet floors. The colour and finish are perfect. Andrei and his team did a great job, dealt with us in a respectful and professional manner and gave us good advice.
