I had a very positive experience working with Andrei and his team. Being a new home owner, I was not the most well-versed in outsourcing home improvement services, but Andrei made it easy as he communicated with me very kindly and made an active effort to call me promptly after requesting a quote. He patiently inquired about what I was looking for to ensure he could help me get the end result I wanted, and he was always available to answer any questions I had.

I couldn't be happier with the work his team put in to restore the floors in my home, and would highly recommend their services.

Tiptop Flooring (Andrei, Eric, etc.) did a fantastic job with our aged flooring! They sanded, stained, varnished and buffed to a wonderful updated colour. As well, they installed new red oak hardwood in the Baby's room, and finished it the same as the 86-year-old hardwood.

They were prompt, had integrity, patience while we made our choices, worked quickly, showed up when they said they would, had accurate time estimates, and helped out with our window sills as well.

Andrei and his team at TipTop Flooring were fantastic to work with. We had a house full of old parquet flooring that had a double layer of peeling top coat and he and his team were able to get our entire house refinished, with an additional repair added at the last minute to fix our transition strips, all on our pretty tight timeline. He gave us a ton of options for stains, finishes and how we could have the repair done at all sorts of different price points. Our floors look brand new and we couldn't be happier with their service.

Andrei and Tip Top Flooring sanded, stained, and sealed with urethane the bedrooms and hallway in our home. They also installed new hardwood flooring in our double reception room.

If only everyone that did home renovation work were as competent, considerate, and reliable as Andrei. He is a first-class individual and it was a pleasure to deal with him and his staff.

TipTop recently completed a flooring project at our home. We have a 50's home which had a newer laminate flooring throughout the 1st floor when we bought it a few years ago. We removed it and found half the first floor still had the original parquet and the other half had several levels/years of tiling. We found TipTop on HomeStars. Within a couple days of our first call, we had a visit from Andrei a quote and a date scheduled for work. The team refinished and repaired the existing parquet and installed new matching parquet for the rest. Andrei and his team showed up exactly when they said they would and kept on schedule. Excellent work!

TipTop refinished the floors and stairs in our 90-year old house while we were travelling. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Andrei, the owner and face of the company, is knowledgeable, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He also made a point of keeping in touch with us by phone and photo/video while we were away.

There were a few spots I thought they'd struggle with (large gaps between old boards in high-traffic areas, loose nosing on stairs) but they fixed them perfectly. And when an unexpected problem was encountered, Andrei came up with the ideal solution.

Andrei & Erik did a superb job refinishing old & well-worn hardwood floors & replacing quarter round. Andrei does business in a straightforward manner.
