Andre and his team are hands down the best flooring company to work with. They were very professional, friendly, and hard-working. We got several quotes from all over and Tip Top Flooring's prices were way better, in some cases by 50%. The cheaper quote did not impact the quality of work though. They did an exceptional job. They even went as far as rewoking their schedule to squeeze us in because we were moving and they wanted us to be able to have a smooth move to our new home instead of needing to adjust our move-in date. As if all that wasn't enough, they put in long hours to get the job finished to fit our move-in schedule. It has been 1.5 years since they refinished our hardwood floors, and even with kids and dogs, they have held up beautifully. We were beyond impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Andy travelled several hours to complete a home inspection on a farm property with a century home, barns, and outbuildings. He arrived first thing in the morning and spent the next 8 hours systematically inspecting every aspect of the home and outbuildings. He was extremely thorough, checking the foundation, roof, attic, every window, every outlet, every tap, the floors and joists. While he worked he invited us to follow along while he not only checked each item, but provided us with detailed explanations of what he was seeing, why is was good or bad, what we could do in future, how to properly maintain it. He answered every single question and was happy to do it. He had his assistant with him who was also amazing, was very friendly and professional. The report was very detailed. I have worked with several home inspectors over the years and I have never worked with anyone that even comes close to Andy. Yes, it was a lot more money than other inspectors, but every penny was worth it for the time, expertise knowledge and the information you gain from the inspection. You get what you pay for and I can’t say enough good things about Andy. From the findings in his report, we decided to walk away from the purchase, but when we find the next property, we will definitely be having him back. Most other inspectors are a couple hours, look at the roof and attic from the ladder, check a percentage of items in the home...not Andy. He walked over every part of the roof, climbed through every part of the attic, went in the crawl space as much was possible, checked every single item. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him. I will never go with anyone else now that I have found him!
