We needed to book a service call for our Electrolux washer and as it was still under warranty, we were given 3 numbers to call. The first had long wait times so I called Elite. They were courteous and booked an appointment that week. What stood out for me was they sent a text a few days before, giving me a window of time when a service technician could come by and it was simple to confirm. The day of the service call, I got another text informing me that he was 20 minutes away, which was a nice touch considering you are often waiting within a 3-5 hr window, not knowing when they would show up. The technician was very friendly, and although it was a very small job, he took the time to explain how the washer worked, gave some helpful tips and answered a lot of questions.
I am very happy with Elite, would use them again and would recommend them.
