We needed to book a service call for our Electrolux washer and as it was still under warranty, we were given 3 numbers to call. The first had long wait times so I called Elite. They were courteous and booked an appointment that week. What stood out for me was they sent a text a few days before, giving me a window of time when a service technician could come by and it was simple to confirm. The day of the service call, I got another text informing me that he was 20 minutes away, which was a nice touch considering you are often waiting within a 3-5 hr window, not knowing when they would show up. The technician was very friendly, and although it was a very small job, he took the time to explain how the washer worked, gave some helpful tips and answered a lot of questions. Jimmy and Maria are professional, courteous and go above and beyond to get the job done. I had carpet cleaning done and they were able to remove embedded stains that the last cleaner wasn't able to get out a couple years ago. They went over the carpet six times to get it incredibly clean and even moved a heavy antique bed to tackle underneath. I came across the company through family who get their windows and carpet cleaned every year and my family has always raved at the quality of their work and has also said they go well beyond what most cleaning companies do. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them because of the quality of their work and professionalism; but also because they are a small business that really cares about the clients they serve and delivering 100% satisfaction.
