A great experience. Tom was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Our floors were old and discoloured and we had a variety of shades of oak on our floors and handrails. We weren't sure what colour to go with but Tom, Scott and Rad picked the perfect stain. They did a great job of refinishing our hallway and dining room floor as well as staining all of our handrails and stair stringers so that we had a more consistent colour. Very friendly with great customer service and workmanship. Moved our furniture and put it back. Would highly recommend them!

We asked Mr. Sandless to change the colour of our stairs and living room from oak to dark brown. We were not sure how it would turn out, but had been recommended by a friend (who had used Mr. Sandless) that it would turn out well. So we went ahead with the project. Both Tom and Scott from Mr. Sandless Durham worked meticulously on our stairs and living room and both my wife and I were impressed with how the new colour turned out. To an untrained eye, it would not look as if the floor colour had been changed. The quality of the work is undoubtedly professional. Both Tom and Scott are pleasant to work with and most of all, their price is reasonable.

I called Mr. Sandless to refinish the entire top floor of my parent's house prior to selling. Tom came by and gave us a great quote, was very friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and gave us some cost saving suggestions too. The floors had not been touched in almost 50 years, and some of them had been covered with a stuck, disintegrating carpet for that time. We were completely amazed at how glossy and clean Tom got the floors. He was able to fix large patches of discoloration too, and the floors were sparkling! The floors made the house look brand new and well maintained and we were very pleased when we sold the house for more than our asking price!!

Tom from Mr. Sandless did our floors justice! What was once a terribly looking mess has been completely renewed with the staining and sandless sealing that they did. We have dogs and an elderly parent living on site - so the idea of all the extra time, noise and mess for regular sanding was scary - Mr Sandless was so simple and the results were amazing. Much better AND cheaper than sanding...And all in less than 10 hours - no sawdust, no mess - wonderful job and would recommend to anyone thinking about sanding to refinish floors - go sandless!

They came in & in one day flat moved all my furniture, refinished the floors in my living room, dining room, hallway & 2 bedrooms, & put all the furniture back in place by the time I returned home @ 5 p.m. The floors looked amazing. I've passed on their information to severl people.
