Unfortunately, the number we contacted you on was the main contact number we were provided with. We are certainly very sorry to have to cancel your visit. Unfortunately sometimes our cleaners do fall ill or have emergencies beyond our control. We always accommodate requests and re-schedule as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear about your negative experience! Please note all of our cleaners speak English (they have to or they wouldn't be able to communicate with us)! Yes, some of them use English as a second language, but they are certainly all fluent.
In the case of your home, your address was quite tricky. Both cleaners we sent could not find it so we don't think it was a coincidence. That being said, I believe you are mistaking our company with another as the cleaners that were to arrive at 9am arrived at 930am. We do apologize for the 30 minute delay but they found it quite difficult to find your address.
