I had all of my gutters replaced, and am very pleased with the quality of the installation, as well as the quality of the gutters. After last winter's heavy snow pack, I appreciate the heavy duty brackets placed and closer intervals, and the removable debris traps. The team leader was energetic and enthusiastic, identifying problems and recommending solutions. Highly recommend!

Joe was great and did exactly what he told us he would do, with no hidden costs! He helped us save money and fixed our gutters so that they were like New again! Would definitely recommend!

Estimation process was great. Customer service went downhill once actual work needed scheduling. Dispatch didnt know about estimate, estimate didnt know about installation. Owner didnt know where crews were. Work was rescheduled 3 times. First installation left gaps in the rafters where squirrels got in. Costed 500$ extra for pest control. Seems like a company with skill in work, but very poor management and scheduling. Appointments need to be kept, or customer needs to be informed. Will think twice recommending to others just based on how hard it was to chase the owner and dispatch around to get work done. Installers were good people.

I discovered my gutters were leaking into my chimney cavity when renovating my fireplace. I needed a fix quick with all the rain we were having. I called the Gutter Doctor and they came out the next day and cleaned my roof and gutters and repaired the leaking gutters. Great service. Great response. Great price. I would definitely recommend them.

Now, I would like to share a preliminary-type review, one that is about the estimate process. I find this a part of the process that I don't see many reviews on, and I am always looking for as it helps me determine the company that will receive my business.
Terry from Gutter Doctor came down to look at our gutters, which are in need of either repair or replacement, this I am not sure of. She took the time to ask me questions to understand my concerns and what I would like to know and see addressed.
At this point she did a detailed measuring and investigation of our gutter system and then spoke with me about what she had.
I was impressed that I was given three options, which appeared to address the concerns I had, and also gave strong options for my wife and I to discuss and choose from.

Based on this, I am impressed with the time she took, and the professionalism of the estimate. We have not decided if we are going to utilize their service, however her professionalism is a a factor and a positive one at that for our consideration.

If we choose to use them, I will be sure to write a review on the work that was done.

The Gutter Doctor recently did a full replacement of all gutters on our house. They were very flexible in coming and tearing off the old gutters, and giving me 2 weeks to repair and paint all the fascias. They returned to install the new gutters when they planned, and the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. The work crew was very professional. The new gutters look great. They finally got a test with the first rain in what seems like months, and everything is great. No leaks, dripping corners, etc. I also really love the Drain Guard clean-outs.
I would highly recommend The Gutter Doctor for anyone looking at gutter replacement.

Great installation. I'm an Architect and hard to please. Also great communication and post contract follow up when I wanted a little something additional done, no money in it for them. Great bunch, would recommend any day.

From our first meeting with the Field Services Technician, we were impressed with her knowledge and personability. There was no high-pressure sales approach and they were willing to work with material we had also pre-purchased. The job was started on time and follow through and communication was constant and easy. The work crews were friendly and willing to ensure that we were happy with their work. I would recommend this company because of their work ethic and prompt delivery of service.

We tried to hire a few different companies to change our gutters, but because we have large glass awnings the job was quite complicated and they didn't want to do it. Thankfully, we found The Gutter Doctor. Not only they did very good job, but it was done in timely manner and the price was fair.

They installed gutter grates and installed V shaped funnels. They didn't bother cleaning out the gutters before the installation - I only noticed this when some of the gutter grates were hanging loose after the installation. They did finally address the issues and clean out and gutters and fix the other problems (missing funnels and collectors, grates that were loose) but that was a long drawn out 3 weeks of emails and telephone calls, sending photos and additional visits. They also charged the balance to my credit card prior to fixing all the issues. I also hadn't approved that they charge the balance to my credit card but they had my card number for the deposit.
