City Roofing replaced the roof of our previous home and fixed the roof leakage in our new home. They are professional and efficient, and I was impressed by their thorough cleanup after work. Peter is very friendly, informative, and also provided follow up inspection after the repairs. I would highly recommend their service!

My first roof replacement was approximately 15 years ago with absoluty no issues with workmanship & materials. Two years ago when ineeded eavestrough called Peter who provided advise on improvements and avery competitive price.Both roofing and eavestrough jobs were done on time and finished well within the promised time. Had one issue with one of my downspout called Peter who without hesitation came to inspect the issue which was caused by leaves. Not a issue with workmanship or materials. I contacted Peter who arrange whole process with you including quote, material selection and installation. He explained everything I need to know about new material difference and job is completed in a day. He protected everything from breaking during installation and his team carefully inspected any leftover nails and material on my units as well a my neighbor units. City Roofing replaced my first roof along with that of some neighbours. I experienced no issues whatsoever. This time around while we got quotes from other Roofers, choosing City Roofing again was a no brain. Peter is knowledgeble, experienced and a pleasure to deal with. Peter and his team came 7:30 and by 5 he had both mine and my neighbours roof by 5 pm including complete cleanup. He ensured he put planks to protect my new windows. I don't not want to repeat how good the workmanship of City Roofing.

I wanted to share the customer service from City Roofing I had in two instances. After the wind storm in 2022 quite a few of the roof of the houses in my street was damaged. I called Peter for an examination and immediate action for the damaged roof. To my surprise, Peter made an effort to come same day during the evening and advised me to contact the insurance company and put on a sheet on the damaged roof almost in the dark. His immediate action stopped further water damage. I was very thankful for Peter's efforts and appreciate his prompt service.

Recently, I hired a contractor to repaint my family room and contractor told me there marks of water leakage from the roof. I called Peter and once again he came in the next day and fixed the problem which was caused the aging connecting metal plate of the chimney. After a heavy rain last week and 10 cm snow and there is no more leakage proving that Peter did a terrific job.
